Man; you may be right but that fucking accent on the advert from the main woman-man. She's American but Is she meant to be from Northern Ireland? Zoe somebody?

"I like to do the butterfly when I'm angry, upset or when I've let myself down in a social situation"

    It's been great so far.

Really? It's raised a couple of chuckles, but on the whole I've found it to be a huge dissapointment. Partridge is at his best when he is interacting with other people, this format isn't doing it for me.

I thought it was great, seemed pretty much like classic Alan. Alans at his best when he's in "presenter mode".

The film will be out next August

    Please don't be shit.

Speaking last week, Iannucci revealed the film would see Alan do battle with a media giant that takes over his local digital TV channel.

"Alan is in Norwich," said the writer and producer at a preview of his new political comedy Veep. "It's not Alan goes to Hollywood [or] Alan invaded by aliens.

"He's on North Norfolk Digital, which is taken over by a bigger media conglomerate and has its name changed to Shape."

Hmm. Hopefully it doesn't devolve into thinly-veiled potshots from Coogan aimed at News International.

I didn't really laugh out loud but at the same time thought it was genius, extremely well-observed as usual.
