Now, if we can just get Sky to stop paying that utter knobber Gervais to bray at his own hilarious jokes, it'll have been a good week.

I'd just like to say that I echo Stickman thoughts on Moyles. Hope the BBC grow a set and fine him for being a moaning egotistical twat.

Indeed, what is it with these fat, unfunny 'comedians' getting paid loads? Corden, Moyles, Gervais, can't stand any of them. Was funny when Corden attempted to insult Patrick Stewart at that awards thing. Come on now James, he was Captain Picard and the emperor in Oblivion, and the Queen gave him a knighthood, you got famous for being a character in some non-descript BBC comedy programme and for doing some cringeworthy Comic Relief gig with the England team, and think you're funny but you're really not. Behave yourself son.

Even if Gervais is unlikeable, I still love The Office. I agree about the other two though.

As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a ninja.

So did he apologise today or make any reference to it or was it just swept under the carpet?

I'll agree that he is a little overpaid though. His last leaked pay figure was 630k which although it sounds a lot is only 330k after tax.

least its less than what was being paid to Jonathon Ross. (7m+..) Still a lot though.

That was what his production company was paid, not his salary.

I came into this thread in the feint hope of Reading that he had been sacked. This cunt is going to be on radio and tv for the remainder of my years isn't he?
  • Deleted user 23 September 2010 23:05:53
This week is the first time I've heard him since he was on Top Gear. It's not hard to avoid him.

Cant we pull a Russell Brand on him and send in a load of complaints about summat?

Get the Daily Mail behind us, tell them he joked about bumming Diana or something. They'll never check the facts, juat get all het up and start a campaign to get rid of him.

    Surely this could actually work??

What we need is a rumour about him so ridiculous, it has to be true...

As soon as radio presenters start ranting and moaning about their own lives on air, it's always the beginning of their downfall. Endless TalkSport presenters have fallen for doing the same thing, Ceaser the Geezer, Tommy Boyd, James Whale, etc. It's just not something you expect on a music-oriented station though.

Ceaser the Gezzer. hehe. I remember him. Went down for a stretch for fraud, did he not?
  • Deleted user 24 September 2010 10:03:33
I went through a couple of years of listening to those guys and I won't hear a word said against Tommy Boyd.

Caesar was amusing for a while.

Didn't Tommy Boyd get sacked for wrongly announcing on air that the Queen Mum had died based on a text sent in by a listener.

    I heard he eats babies.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

Oh I've no idea - its about 10 years since I even tuned into the station :)

Chris Moyles likes to masturbate in a high backed chair whilst listening to tape recordings of 999 calls made by distressed elderly people.

    Better.

I heard that Moyles likes to pick up immigrant Poles in supermarkets, take them home and tie them up and test his jokes on them. Then chuck them in the wheelie bin round the back of his house when they're broken. :(

Hmm. He sounds stressed. And he's fat.

With any luck he'll have a gripper.
