    That looks pretty good. It doesn't completely work, some of the filters are a bit broken, but it's a lot better than most freebie photo manipulation apps like Paint.net, which I've never been fan of.

    I almost lost my dissertation by not backing it up for 2 days (and making a huge amount of progress) when Windows completely died. Had to linux my way in but it was a horrible moment.

    So now i'm paranoid. USB, SkyDrive, Google Docs, now this :p

    Just raised a pretty fundamental flaw with the wunderlist developers and apparently I'm the only person out of 35,000 downloads who has found it!

    Ed: Oh I see it. Yeah, I noticed that, but figured it goes down when you delete it rather than just crossing it off, but it's a proper bug.

    It's a cracking little app so more than happy to work around the foibles whilst it's in beta. Devs seem keen to resolve issues as well.

    An obvious one but virtual dvd/cd drives Daemon Tools Lite.

    And for virtual machines I'd recommend VMware Player.
