    I think it's screen date has been pushed back to an unspecified time because of a Japanese and Middle East episode, both of which had to be dropped for obvious reasons.

    @Dirtbox I don't think it does, it just shows that he's a small minded buffoon, but doesn't really mean any harm - which has always been the case really. I think the problem is that this series is much shorter than the others, so there's obviously less time for them to show his mind opening a fraction, as it has in other serieseses. It all seems very rushed if you ask me.

    The whole show is geared to making him miserable so it's hardly a surprise. Gervais always comes across as the real bully IMO.

    Interesting that Merchant has decided to abandon it this time as well.

    Only saw the 1st season and thought it would have been lots better without the whole "oh let's stick him in a shit hotel, let's give him the worste mode of transport, let's assure he doesn't get any sleep".

    Missed the 2nd season.

    Same deal in season 3 as in 1 it seems.
    Big room with rose pedals on the bed for Warwick, small room for Karl.
    Big room with gorgeous view for Warwick, small room looking out over a patio full of crap for Karl.

    He's miserable and moaney enough as it is. No need to push in order to increase it.

    I find Warwick to be the really annoying one in this series so far. For all of Karl's moaning he usually has a point hidden in it, whereas Warwick doesn't even seem to realise he's the comedy sidekick.
