Hopefully more will join in the comng days/weeks.

Cheers you guys, HOTS will be a lot of fun. Looking forward to some great games with you all. Will be on tomorrow evening.
The trouble I find is that Normal is too easy and hard is well, hard!
I may just have to suck it up for the challenge. I mean, it's not like I'm shit at Starcraft or anything (I'm gold in multiplayer, so not amazing either by any means) but I always find multitasking in single player to be way more difficult than in multiplayer!
For some reason, Amazon are sending me a second copy of the CE.
They did this with Diablo 3 as well.

As far as the Zerg are concerned, I'm still finding them fiddly to play - having to check on the base all the time to do stuff with the spawns is a bit annoying for me. I might get used to it though.
That's when you need to hotkey your hatches. I'd actually argue that Zerg are the easiest to macro with as you can set spawn points per larvae. For example, I have all my hatches on 5 so I've pretty much got [5, S, D] mapped to my fingers pretty handily now!
The Queen injects are the tough bit. One trick I used to do was have all my queens on 4, then I remapped backspace (cycle though bases) to tab. Then all I needed to do was [4, Tab, V, Click] repeatedly. However then I realised I needed tab for the selection switcher so now I'm just doing it manually. I really need to fix that....
You can inject via the mini-map, but then you can have some rather funky, wandering Queens if one gets killed or isn't in the hotkeys.

Still prefer the Terrans
Not really done anything with the Protoss though.

Erm, educate an old man would you, what are Queen injects?
I like the new MP tutorial stuff. Much improved over what used to be there.
Is that mech unit for terran available in MP? Its like a smaller version of the thor?
I havent got HotS yet, how is the hellbat?
Not tried the MP yet tbh, I'm knee-deep in campaign.
I just won my first match yay. My APM is steadily improving also started at 30 then 50 now around 80.
Question, how are you feeling the trasistion to HotS ? As protoss iam finding the mother ship core vital to my early game defence.

As Zerg in bronze, I'm not noticing a massive amount of difference in what I fight against to be honest. With regards to myself, I'm still very much a learner so the new Zerg units will take me some time to implement effectively. My main goal at the moment is teching to mutas ASAP, once that's down I'll start looking into level 3 stuff.

Finished HoTS last night. I havent played WoL for a while so I had a lot of downloading to do. I was a bit worried I forgot how to play it. Luckily they give you a tutorial and it all came (zerg) rushing back to me.
I found HoTS a lot easier to play than WoL in many ways, less management and more action. Every level gives you something new to play. Some have said it has a lot more hand holding in terms of arrows pointing the way and Kerrigan is way too overpowered. I didnt look at it like this, instead liking the fact I didnt have to keep an eye on yet more things.
I dont want to give away any spoilers at all, But I do think it is very good, despite no explanation of what happened between WoL and HoTS. Luckily I found out it was filled in via a book called Flashpoint. A good read and worth a look if you want to get a better insight into the story.
I will be going back to WoL and go back over a few good levels and maybe give the co-op a bash. Multiplayer intrigues me but until I can remember all my hot key prefs etc then Il leave it for now.
HoTS gets a thumbs up from me and I cant wait for the next expansion.

I finished it an hour ago or so. Just whizzed through on Normal so everything was pretty much just A-moving though the level. Story is as silly as ever but was pretty fun.
Next, the multiplayer. Will probably do a few sessions unranked with each race to get a feel for them. MLG is on again this weekend so I'll have to tune in and see if there's some stealable builds out there.
The new resume from replay stuff is also quite huge. At the Korean launch they had a Flash Vs Life showmatch - whoever lost got to pick a point to replay from and have another go. Anyone can do it from any replay you can get:
Replays, if you think you can do better. (links in green)

Awesome , didnt know you can download other replays to jump in.
Fuck me, playing Terran is hard.
Really? I find it the easiest of the races to play by far.
