First thing you need to check is that yours is the same hardware as an I9100. Then browse around the XDA forums.
Assuming it is then:
Install a rooted kernel. ( fiddly but well documented, make sure it has the custom recovery built in)
Buy Titanium backup.
Buy better battery stats.
You can use better battery stats to analyse what's waking up your phone and try freezing those processes with Titanium backup.
For example BBS showed me that the Hotmail client was raping my battery, so I started using the stock email client.
If you're feeling more adventurous after that:
Install SMS backup and restore.
Install Call log backup and restore ( free versions are fine)
Use both of those.
Do a full titanium backup of Apps but not system.
Go to recovery menu ( reboot with home + up volume + power)
Do a backup from there ( similar to a ghost image on a PC)
Then use the recovery menu to wipe the phone.
Install the Rom and App package.
Wipe cache and dalvik-cache ( dalvik is in advanced)
Reboot, link to your Google account and redownload titanium back up.
Restore apps using TB
Restore call logs and SMS.
Having said all this I'd agree your battery stats aren't bad.

This seems to promise some significant improvements in the future. Basically better code efficiency, so tasks are done quicker... Therefore using less battery.
