Registered 6 years agoPlayed through this tonight and I've got to say it's incredible. It's unlike any experience I've ever had in gaming and I've been playing for over 20 years. A genuinely emotional and compelling game that needs to be played in one sitting -

Registered 5 years agoVery cool game I like the way the multiplayer works. I had a lot of fun singing and sand surfing with one player, then later helping another with the epic climb.
Also apparently one of my companions was Eamonn Holmes

Registered 5 years agoHad a brief play last night but I loved it, came across one other person and we helped each other get through one of the first stages. Looks great, plays great and I am really intrigued at what I will find going forward -

I agree with this! A really fantastic game...the kind of game that re-affirms why I play after all these years.

Registered 2 years agoJourney is the most moving, beautiful, well crafted game I have played this gen. I haven't got genuinely emotional playing a game for years, but this one got me, mostly grinning in pleasure or slack jawed in awe but by the end, proper emotionally invested.
The game design, art style and soundtrack are all amazing too, thatgamecompany must have some ridiculously talented staff.
Met several other players during my playthrough which were the highlights; wordlessly cooperating with a stranger in a beautiful, mysterious game world was brilliant. Sticking with one companion for a long stretch, especially the last hour or so, is particularly rewarding. Helping, exploring and mucking about with someone you know absolutely nothing about is a genius idea and is so well done it becomes a real joy.
A really beautiful, moving, playful game. Miniature masterpiece. -
So, yeah. How long is it roughly?

Registered 8 years agoI thought it was amazing; I second everything Thezebra and Kingbelly said. TGC are the new Team Ico - it's that fucking good. -
And is it out for the non paying PSN users?

Registered 8 years agoIt's out next Wednesday for non-PS Plus paupers. It lasted me about 2 hours 15 minutes, but I reckon it could be licked in 90 minutes if you don't mess around or explore much (which is itself borderline blasphemous). For me though, the ratio of wonder, awe and enjoyment relative to the cost makes it far better value than most disc releases. It's an amazing experience, and it's perfectly paced and masterfully structured. -

Registered 1 year agoPlayed throught the game last night. Pretty much another watermark moment for Sony, and is right up there with ICO and SOTC. Have no hesitation if you liked either of those games. -
Has anyone replayed it yet? Is it a good experience a second time through?
