Job well done, credit where it's due. Could've been better but with this lineup I'm actually a bit impressed that they got this result - and even managed (somehow) to keep a clean sheet!

Camping in your own half for half an hour, that's the Utd way!

Seriously, any team with a half-decent attack would have destroyed this team tonight.

When you can't see the angles on the wall you're in trouble.

The fans have been good at OT recently.

Man utd will be torn a new arsehole no matter who they play in the QFs. All teams left seem a class above.

Lucky they didn't score, so many good chances.

Dortmund Man U in the quarters please, 10 - 0.

Now that was an excellent result considering. Very hard to turn that sort of deficit around at this level.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint Germain, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund

Can't say I'd fancy United against any of those.

Liverpool and Chelsea have shown you definitely don't need to be the best team in Europe to win the CL. That said, we will probably get absolutely battered, at least it wasn't again a pack of Greek shites though.

I'd say Moyes got lucky and nearly lost it in the end by being too defensive when they went 3 up.

It's a top quality last 8. Have all 8 group winners ever ended up in the QFs before?

If Olympiakos had put away just one of their many decent chances, this would be all over. Gotta think that the teams in the next round might actually have strikers.

Only heard the radio commentary and it really didn't sound as if United were good tonight. All been forgotten now that they're through, of course ("all-conquering heroes" says Alan Parry!), but I'm not sure I'd be taking too much heart from the performance. Sounded as if Olympiacos should have scored about three.

Parked the bus 50 minutes in at 3-0 against Olympiakos. Ambition.

Not one bad team left in it to draw now. We're going to be set up to 'nick a goal' against whoever we play and get absolutely buttfucked for it.

And frankly Olympiakos are a dogshit side.

Great result for the top 4 tonight, a United win should have kept Moyes in the job a little longer!

If they can easily get about Man U and stretch them, the quarter final teams will have a field day.

I wrote this at half time in anticipation of a win as we were still pretty crap outside of showing some effort. It was in a whatsapp group with a few mates but funny that the changes and general tactics were so predictable. The way we dropped of was so poor:

Delighted with result and nice to see effort and desire return. Nothing to suggest they upped the effort for the manager rather than the occasion. Football was still relatively poor regardless. I've decided now that if Moyes can't figure out how to utilise a player like Kagawa yet continues to play the likes of Tony v and Ashley Young he has to be clueless and irrelevant as a modern manager. Fuck the result of this game, it's paper over the cracks. Quality of Rooney and RVP got him of the hook. He's clueless and negative. I'm fully turned on moyes now. We can't afford to let him piss 100m + up the wall. If however through some miracle this is a turning point and we play with the same effort and energy for the rest of the season and see some on pitch improvements then I'll be happy to say I'm wrong at this point. Sadly I doubt it.

If United win the thing, the team who finishes 4th will be out of the Champions League.

I would LOL if that was Liverpool.

United win it a joke? Chelsea won it, get Dortmond in the next round and they could easily be in the Semis.

And if Barca get Real or Bayern in the next round?! Its very possible
