A more experienced goalkeeper would have stayed big, waited for Robben to take the chance then challenged for the ball. Szczesny just flew into him like an idiot.

To be honest, this is a great argument for sin bins.

Ten minutes in the sin bin and then back out to play, another red from the same player then off for good.

I thought it was a red but if there was a sin bin, at least it wouldnt ruin the match.

Another great game ruined by a red card.
Thats his fault, 100% a red card.
Why 100? He wasn't bringing the last man on goal down in a goal scoring situation.
Are you serious?! he was through on goal!

    It was a red (IMO).
Opportunity had gone though. I think the foul was for recklessness, and then last man = red card.

If he had tackled slightly more to the left, it would've been ok :'(

Wilshere might have got a bit on that if he hadn't turned his back.

I know we're all supposed to like Guardiola and all, but I don't. I think he's a smug bald twat. I think I'm broken.

Remember those couple of years when the English teams weren't getting battered at this stage?

The Bayern manager must have given them a little Pep talk at half-time.

They Götze get a goal back tonight, or they'll Neuer overturn it in the next leg.

Why don't the Bayern fans get jobs, then they'd be able to afford to go to the football without embarrassing themselves?
