    Sweet, always wanted to see Madrid - Man U again.

    Tasty fixtures even at this stage. Might make the later stages a little different which is nice.

    I think Utd have a good chance against Real Madrid. Madrid haven't been as good as last season, Utd will get plenty of goal scoring chances and having the second leg at home is a big plus. Arsenal are fucked.

    Donetsk - Dortmund will be great games if they can both keep hold of their players in January

    @roz123 On the other hand, Madrid has already lost the title so all their energy will go into the Champions League. That's how Chelsea won it remember ;)

    Isn't it a bit early for that. We didn't start resting our players until the match before the second leg against Barcelona.

    I just know I'm going to join the rest of the world in hating Ronaldo after this fixture. Absolutely no way he'll be humble about it if he scores against us. He'll give it to us big time.

    His arrogance & lack of of humility is one of the things that made him great a great player & great entertainment for us, I would not expect anything less if he scores. He'll probably score a hattrick and get a standing ovation like fat Ronaldo did.

    The only thing that would sour it for me is if he uses his cheating ability rather than his footballing ability, because he posesses a good deal of both!

    That wasn't in 98-99, it was 2002 when Real went on to win the CL I think.

    @snowbored his humility when he played against his first team was very impressive, I've also read stories of his kindness to others.

    February is a long time away, too early to start picking favourites really. Madrid are on shaky ground this season, always looking on the verge of imploding and this has shown in their form so it'll be interesting to see what state they are in come February. I'd make Utd slight favourites for that tie if it was being played next week, but 3 months is ages in football.

    Tough draw for us vs Bayern. Good for us to have the home leg first, think if we can win that by 2 goals we have a chance over there. At least Poldi will be eager to prove a point. :)

    Arrogant on the pitch, in that he was (is) never in any doubt about his own ability or shy about letting others know that.

    He winds up the opposition, which I think is part of the entertainment he brings, I remember him playing a pass off his back that did not go down too well.

    I don't really know much about his life off the pitch.
