I prefer Tekken to Street Fighter. Very lite on modes but it plays great and has amazing, fast 3d.

Oh and I almost forgot ANIMAL CROSSING!

You could do worse than start off with Pilotwings Resort - a little light on content, but what's in there is top-notch. Still one of my favourite 3DS games, and should be really cheap now.

eShop-wise, Mutant Mudds and Mighty Switch Force are both excellent platformers. Gunman Clive too. All three are short and sweet.

My three best games so far would be Mario 3D Land, Ocarina, and Fire Emblem. All quite lengthy though and the latter in particular is a huge timesink, so probably leave it for later.

It's just a very unique, feel good, collectathon. Nothing else quite like it.

Tenner's a perfect price. Puts it in eShop-price territory, which is what it should have been in the first place.

I'm still yet to touch AC (or Luigi's Mansion). Kinda regret getting the former as a download, as I have no inclination to play it. If/when I start I'll probably get horribly addicted though.

I'm loving the new Streetpass relay update. Left the house for 10 minutes to get some food and I get the full 10 street passes. Time to start filling in these final puzzle panels. I might even consider picking up one of the new Streetpass games.

From the 14th of November, if you pass a wifi relay point, you automatically streetpass the last 6 people who passed that relay point. Originally it was just one.

Oh ok. I wonder where the relay points are. Is there a list?

I have managed to find a Nintendo zone in Stockholm of all places.

    Nintendo Hotspot Map.

It's not 100% correct, but generally I've found the ones there work okay. I never even realised my local McDonald's was one until checking there. I just assumed the employees there liked their Mario :p

If I can get a really REALLY good deal on a XL, I'll think I'll pick one of these up.

Seeing as my vita, a recently purchased Wii U, soon to be delivered Xbox One and PS4 won't be enough!

That probably explains the three people I streetpassed at the post office a few days ago. I still love the explanation that the retirees are all playing Pokemon and tog up their zany looking Miis in Luigi and Link hats. I like to think I'll be playing Pokemon Generation 24 when I'm their age.

Edit: Just looked at the map and there isn't a hotspot in my village or the neighbouring ones. My theory is back in business!

Quick question: do games downloaded rather than purchased at retail still give you Club Nintendo points? Thinking of getting the Link Between Worlds bundle but also want to get 3D Land for free. Cheers. :)

Yeah, but you have to manually claim them from your registered games list on the Club Nintendo site I think. Or at least you used to, afraid I don't buy digital often so it might be different now.

Good to hear, if it's manual then I hopefully won't have to worry about linking my 3DS to Club Nintendo automatically registering it before the 27th.

A while back I was in a huge panic when I couldn't find a case that had 5 of my games in it. I only ever got them because they were cheaper than digital.

I'd still be careful. Claiming the stars is manual, but the game still registers on download, and I'm not sure how it'll count with that bundle. I'd advise caution, just in case.

I have the Zelda 3DS XL pre order and the Zelda game comes as a download code. Will I need to get an SD card for downloading or is there onboard memory?
