    I'm totally with you on this one, I do love it. Some of the later levels do suffer from being poorer than the early ones, but the core gameplay is the perfect mix of old and new. Sonic Generations is the game I hoped Sonic 4 would be :)

    Lots of stuff to do too, like missions and online racing.

    Kirby is the man! Even if he wasn't, he'd just ingest and become one.

    Code of Princess is out on the EU eshop next Thursday.

    Along with Luigi's Mansion and the Fire Emblem demo, and the week after Monster Hunter, and the week before Devil Survivor.

    It's like a years worth of decent Nintendo releases all crammed into one month!

    3ds has finally piqued my interest !

    I like the look of the pikachu one :) any idea where I might pick one up along with monster hunter in Manchester tomorrow ?

    Been out of buying gaming stuff in actual shop since having a baby 18 months ago, every shop in city centre now just seems to sell 2nd hand stuff.

    Yeah, but it's fairly niche, better that than nothing. We're lucky Etrian Odyssey and Devil Survivor are getting retail releases, although I'd be surprised to find either on the high street.

    Got a normal 3DS and tempted by the XL versions. Anyone gone up to the bigger ones? Is it worth the money?

    @trav XL is far nicer. Main benefit is it's better to hold and play, but that big screen helps too.

    I got the white model with Mario Land pre-loaded. And what have I been playing? Advance Wars DS :-)

    Not sure about whether it's worth the money to upgrade from a 3DS, but the XL is definitely more comfortable, with better build quality and slightly better battery life. Most games look great on the bigger screens, even with the lower PPI.

    If you can find a good deal for the XL (and get a good price for your 3DS), then go for it. Just be aware that you'll need both consoles together to transfer your data over.

    Ah, didn't realise Code of Princess was out on the eshop. That'll go well with my new Fire Emblem XL (soon, my pretty)!

    Seems there's a fair few decent eshop games now. Anyone tried Picross e2? I played the previous Picross games to death, so I hope it's more of the same!

    My Amazon order for Devil Survivor Overclocked has gone from 'Estimated Dispatch: Thursday 28th March' to 'We'll notify you via e-mail when we have an estimated delivery date. You can cancel at any time.'. Possible oversell?

    Mine is at dispatching soon but I've had it on preorder for a while. Maybe there is stock issues shouldn't it of been sent out yesterday. I even forgot that I had it on preorder monster hunter has me hooked again

    Also glad I preordered it when it was 23.99

    I had it on preorder on Shopto from when it was first listed there, but switched to Amazon when it was pointed out that they were cheaper. :p

    I can confirm code of princess is awesome, have it on my US 3ds. It really is just like guardian heroes on 3ds.

    To be honest, I didn't really need a 7th DS charger when I bought my XL. Still, HMV ended up giving me one for free anyways.

    I was a 3ds cynic but the glut of quality games convinced me to jump in. I've got the Xl red and black and it's a lovely little machine.

    Bought Mario 3d, Ocarina, MH3 and Luigi's Mansion 2 to go with it. The idea was to get one for local MH shenanigans with my WiiU but then I got greedy.

    Great machine, 3d takes some getting used to but Mario at least uses it well.

    Was well up for Overclocked a few months ago, now it's just a bit too close to The Mighty Fire Emblem. I'll pick it up in a couple of months for £20. Or curse because it's sold out and is going for silly money.

    Luigi's Mansion is excellent.
