lol, that was great! I don't think I've ever seen anyone so pleased with themselves! I thought he was a cock at first, but what a likable bloke! I couldn't help but laugh through pretty much all of it.

ANyway, cheers for the heads-up - I had no idea these existed, but will definitely have a look.
Haha yeah, he was well chuffed.

Well worth it, this. I'm a happy camper. Be aware though, it doesn't fully replace experience of smoking, it does take a bit of discipline to stick to it and you're always aware there's something missing, but that's down to the way the habit of smoking works and once you get past that, it's fairly satisfying. Just perhaps not quite as satisfying as that first long drag on a cigarette after a hearty meal.

Yeah, you basically wash them off (or buy some fresh ones), then you put about four drops of the juice into the cart, put the absorbent stuff back in, then put a couple more drops on top (so it's basically saturated, but not overflowing). Job done.
Nice, thanks. Any recommendations on where to buy?

    Oh, and I recommend:

    http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/
    http://www.e-cigs.co.uk
    http://www.theelectroniccigarette.co.uk/

...there was another one, but I can't remember. :p

    As for vaporisers, I have:
    Mega 510 Titan
    Mini 901

Will probably be buying this soon:
    Silver Screwdriver MkII

But I really want one of these:
GG Transformer (So sexy, so stupidly expensive).

Also, you can find a huge bunch of product reviews here: http://forum.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/index.php?PHPSESSID=iv42oha912s06qij62sl9m0pe7&board=7.0

Friendly enough bunch too. Though probably best to use the Q&A forum if you need to know anything.

Smoking is seriously bad for you. You should exchange it for something safer and less addictive, like Crystal Meth.

Come to think of it, I don't think there's anything on earth that is as satisfying as that drag.

Although those are the times it's okay to cheat, I suppose. I haven't needed to, but one cig a day won't really do any harm.

It depends what you class as harm. I used to have a ~5-a-day habit. Since I stopped my running pace has improved and my heart rate seems to have fallen. I mainly attribute that to the tar and other random crap in cigarettes, so I'd expect these vaporisers to be less harmful.

Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!

The problem with that is it leads to 2 ciggys, which leads to 3....

That's what I like about the leccy cigs. I'm quite content "smoking" in the house when using them... whereas I would always go outside to smoke a normal cigarette.

I'm sure it is, but I like smoking, so an alternative would be great.

Try this and give it a whirl.

I'm starting to sound like a bit of a fanboy now, but I'm about 2 weeks without a fag and already feeling the health benefits. And I didn't even need to give up.

Nice, does the nicotine still affect things like sleep and appetite?

I haven't put on weight if that's what you mean. And my sleeping pattern has always been broken, so no idea.

There's generally a reason you should avoid buying things from china. That's why I like www.e-cigs.co.uk (they get lab tests done on their stuff).

No, you'd need significantly higher temperatures for that to work.

When I read the wikipedia page the other day, it said that you can absorb nicotine through the skin (in the context of nicotine overdose, as it happens). Is it easy to avoid spillages when refilling them, or is it a perk of the process?

Most of the juices come with a pipette. You sometimes get a little on your skin but it's no big thing to wash it off.

(and this stuff is obviously pretty heavily diluted anyway)

I'd imagine it's similar to having to smoke Silk Sluts?

    I can live with that.

Something like that, but the main difference is there's no stop point. You can see a cig go down and you know you're finished when it reaches the butt. You don't have that with these, so it takes some getting your head around.

The "throat hit" as it's known in the trade is markedly more subtle as well, but if you stick with it without smoking regular fags it becomes just as satisfying. You just have to make the adjustment.

Also, smoking a fag tastes like burning tires after a while with these.
