So I guess we are a month or so away from this potentially being announced? Where do we beg for a Scottish date? After all we are home to some pretty big developers! Edinburgh will do nicely, thanks!

Registered 8 years agoWell I for one will echo that begging for a Scottish date (Edinburgh!), which would mean 100% of people on EG (in this thread) have showed an interest in it.Kirby is the man! Even if he wasn't, he'd just ingest and become one.

Registered 6 years agoAnother one who would love an Edinburgh date to be added. I'll suggest the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (which is where they do the Game On thing during the festival) as the venue as it's a 2 minute walk from my work! -

I've heard there are good transport links to this "London" place, even from remoter parts of the country. Alternatively, don your flatcaps, wrap binliners around your blistered feet, and march south!

Registered 8 years agoWHAT! 100% (6 posts in and 2 were me, but ignore that little fact) wanted Edinburgh. To be honest, I'd be happy with vaguely North. A bit North. I'd even accept the middle of England. Or anywhere that isn't London, with it's fancy people and high prices and monarchic residence. I don't think monarchic is a word.
Seriously, it's a tad disappointing but I understand the technical reasons why focusing on one event makes more sense.
I won't walk 500 miles,

just to be the man who walked 1000 miles to get to the Expo!
