It's Kalel job to be grumpy. He's a spurs fan and his superhero cant get a decent film made.

    Explains it all really.

Perhaps a Nike + run will help relieve the tension in here?

    Come and get it cumslingers!

I'd join in if it wasn't so expensive to buy the arm band version cause I need to buy trainers and tracky bums too.

Do you mean the Nike+ Sportband? My brothers' got one of those and hes doesn't think much of it.

It would be better to buy the cheapest iPod Nano you can find. Maybe a old 2nd hand one.

Nope, if you don't have Nike trainers you can get a pouch to attach the sensor to your laces, or just tape it on there with some duct tape, ghetto style, which is what I did.
    This pouch?

I have an old Nano 4th Gen (I think, it's the one before the horrible fat ones). Might be up for sale if you're interested?

    It's Nike+ Compatible btw.

How does it know how far you've gone? I only ask as I've a friend on Facebook who keeps posting links to his profile on the Nike site showing how far he has run and in what time. I'm not sure I trust it though because he's morbidly obese. Well maybe not morbidly, but he's definitely a fatty.

I've just been thinking - If I set the time and date on my iPhone to tomorrow and I then go for a run today, will my stats count towards the challenge?

    I'm in!

So, what's stopping someone just attaching this thing to themselves 24/7?!

So I'm presuming it's slightly more advanced than a pedometer?

    Yeah.

Best way to look at it is it's a pedometer for the 21st century!

The main selling point for me is the online stats, challenges and goals. It really helps my stay motivated.

Yeah, pedometer for the 21st century.

That and it helps me check how much awesomer than KingOfSpain I am ;-) (and inferior to Mikew1985).

What's this from? I've seached on the app store but seems relevant. Does the Nike+ come with a CD with it on?

I think they're fakes, of a supposed Nike+ app for the iphone. Look pretty cool though.

Hmm, just wondering what to use then really. I have a 3rd gen Nano that I prefer to jog with, but also have a Touch.

I use my touch but thats because I didn't want to outlay for the extra receiver and armband for the nano(already had a touch armband). I find the touch is grand for running with.
