Maybe he bench presses the moon. He's pretty ripped in the comics isn't he?
Depends on who draws him, but he's never in the same category as the real muscle-bound types.

Obviously he should look strong yeah.

Should have been good but was let down by Goyer's utterly shit script. Will somebody remind me again exactly WHY Goyer is allowed to write scripts?

J Nolan did a pass as well as did some other guy to do something with the ending.

And Blade 2, one of my favourite comic book movies.

To be fair, if you look at his CV its pretty much split straight down the middle between 'great' and 'dogshite'. For every Blade 2, he poops out a Blade Trinity.

I'll never understand the love for Blade 2. I know it has DJJ in it, but that can't carry a film by itself.

And don't any of you dare link me to that review.

I was put off Blade 2 by "that" review.

"How about a big fight, as opposed to just a fight?"

Blade 2 is genuinely brilliant and certainly the best Blade movie by a mile. GDT is a god.

What review. Blade 2 was alright, preferred the first one though.

Fish fingers and chips pretty straight forward.

Ginger the Hutt reviewed it on Aint it Cool. Imagine Clive Tyldesley actually licking Messis arshole clean and reviewing the experience. This was that.

This reminds me of one of the final exchanges... "This can only end in one of two ways. Either you die. Or I die".

    Golf clap.

Only way to resolve two super dudes smacking the super shit out of each other - forever. Well there's plenty more probably. As highlighted in a few reviews, the way it finished just highlighted a total lack of imagination and laziness from the writer.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

Didn't Megatron say the same thing to Optimus Prime at the end of Transformers?

At least they're taking tips from the top! :D

Its not, though. They pulled the Phantom Zone out of their arses to deal with the rank and file mooks so theres no real reason they either couldnt have done it again or come up with something else, even Zod trying so hard to kill superman he kills himself

Hah, yeah, I saw that. The estimated damage on metropolis is the same as the nagasaki nuclear bomb going off.

That is also what made me feel drunk at the end. I've seen so much carnage on screen.

    Come and get it cumslingers!

So, I just got back from watching it.

I'm not sure about the comic books so much, but does Superman have some code against killing people? Because he would have killed a *lot* of people in this movie, not just Zod. Indirectly, and accidentally, but still.

Yeah, I just said so to kal on FB - I don't really see it myself, I see an actor who doesn't look entirely dissimilar to Chris Reeves to begin with under a wind tunnel. Until there's official confirmation, I'm leaning more towards it being just psychological.

The second time the stream covers his face, if its not intentional its a fairly epic coincidence.

I see the similarities, definitely, but again, they don't look entirely dissimilar to begin with, and he's both clenching his jaw and in a fairly strong wind tunnel. It could very well be true, but I'll still wait on something official rather than trusting people on reddit dissecting a gif of a cam.

Though he looked more like robocop than superman at the end so the ghost probably wouldn't look like that. Unless you can pick what you look like in ghost form. Which seems unlikely.

Fish fingers and chips pretty straight forward.
