We should maybe set up a regular EG night as well - like the MArio Kart Smash Bros ones. At least that way we can fill our Friends' lists up.

    I agree.
What night has the crappest TV schedule?

Or are people just jumping online straight away?

I didn't even start the offline quests before hopping online. There are loads of Monster Hunter newcomers on there (myself included), so you're in good company.

OK, might go on tonight then.

The common sign is saliva dripping from the mouth area. Don't confuse it with the misty breath though, that indicates rage mode !

I think I'm ready to try this online. My Monster Hunter Name is Justyn and ID is GJ5HHB. I'm off work today so should be online this afternoon. Do people need my Wii code in order to use Wii Speak in the game??

Conveniently easy to remember; it's exactly the same rule of thumb for my wife.

    @Oss

Or has she entered rage mode? Either way, I won't be getting much sleep.

    @ Figgis

Any day's good for me but it might be better avoiding the MK Smash evenings.

Smash is Tuesday and Mario Kart is Thursday.

My vote goes to Monster Hunter Monday.

Good game Cid and Dan. I thought that darn Qurupeco was never gonna die. Killed with just minutes to spare. Excellent

I took great pleasure in carving that thing up! I'd forgotten to restock before heading out. Too preoccupied with forging my new armour. :D

I'll be on about 8pm for a spot of hunting, will post here to rally a team then.

Have still only just started the level 2 quests, so am a bit of a rookie...

Just out of interest, how do you divvy up the spoils in multiplayer?

I don't know about smaller monsters, but I'm pretty sure that with bigger ones (ie: great jaggi) everyone just carves the same amount of stuff they would if they were playing solo. You can't hog the kill.

Yeah, we cleared this up via PM. I was wondering what he was on about.

The small ones are just one or two resources and then they disappear (As in the single player)

Have we got a standard location set up for mp yet (i.e. server 1 city 2 gate 34)? It might be worth getting a range of gates set up.

I'd recommend the 'Mercenaries' server under 'Recruiting'. Always quiet, not too many randoms jumping around, disturbing rooms.

If we say gates 25-30 then there's a good chance of bumping into random EGer's. Although most people have been fairly decent online.
