Crocodile disguise? Isn't that the A-Team?

I don't remember any particulars...Although I do remember one that ends in a little museum where the bad guy is some general or something and the same actor then becomes Jack Wade in the Brosnan films...
There is indeed a croc disguise in Octopussy

The one you are thinking of with the general is Living Daylights although I never even clocked it was the same actor before.

I have my thoughts and you have yours and this debate is for another thread. Yes, the film had plot holes and silliness galore but it was fun to watch and entertaining. If you expected oscar winning acting, a compelling story or incredible cinematography, you are an idiot

Transformers 3 was nonsensical explosions and that's about it. It's fun in the same way watching explosion montages on Youtube is fun, but they win by virtue of only being two and a half minutes, instead of two and a half hours.

    Now back to Bond.

Yeah please let's not talk of "transformers" in here...or anywhere...ever again. My wrists are still sore from trying to chew my own veins and bleed out when I watched it on Saturday.

And Aargh said I had bad taste :)

@meme If transformers 3 was a sequence of nonsensical explosions then Casino Royale was nonsensical talking and gambling. Inception was a nonsensical sequence of dreams (Don't get me wrong, I liked that a lot too) and Sex and the City 2 was a nonsensical sequence of fashion and chicks who look like horses (Sarah Jessica Parker)

Pretty lame to look down on a film for too much 'talking'.

Although CR should have finished with the end of the card game.

LB, you really are a massive geek.

Congratulations on not understanding the basic premise of what a story is.

@LeoliansBro CR should have finished with a complicated time loop which would have meant that Daniel Craig would have never starred in a movie or a Bond film and the writers of the film get thrown into that pit from 300 where Leonidas kills that messenger. Nothing really happened in CR at all and also, if it's designed to be a prequel, WHY was it set in modern day?! It would make a whole lot more sense. I also wonder as this is Judi Dench's last role as Q, who should be the next Q?

@Aargh. Why couldn't the director, Daniel Craig and the writers share that chair?! Why? Why?! WHYYYYYYYYY?!

    It's a reboot, not a prequel.

And Judi Dench is M, not Q. I really do think you're trolling quite poorly now.

Casino Royale was shit. it didn't have any giant robots in it. I like giant robots and I like films where they punch each other. They're good. I don't like talking or stories in films. I like giant robots punching each other. And I like them to be based on toys because I like toys. Especially toy giant robots who you can make punch each other.

To be fair toy giant robots who you can punch each other is cool...well.. SHOULD be cool. Robot Jox 2 with Craig as lead, everyone wins.

OK, FINE! I liked Cowboys and Aliens which had Daniel Craig in it because he wasn't grumbling or generic. And he was in something fun to watch, if stupid

I expected something infantile and (regrettably) got it. If that's your idea of entertainment, then Bond films (and people who can act) must be a wee bit beyond you. You're in the wrong thread.

This post is unsuitable for those with a high rumour-sensitivity.

@Dougs OK, maybe not 300 or Borat but those still kicked ass. Even more than CR and QoS combined. I'm gonna have to repeat a question, since this is Judi Dench's last role as Q, who should replace her? I don't know many who could.
