Swype is incredible. I'm typing with it now. Literally tooka few seconds!

    It also helps my grammar!

For those keen on the old Fighting Fantasy Gamebooks being re-created by Tin Man Games, Island of the Lizard King is now available.

Probably a bit late for people to catch it, but Doom & Destiny is currently free on Amazon App Store:

Star Command is the Free App of the Day on the Amazon App store.

If you can read this you really need to fiddle with your forum settings.

8SMS is worth a try if looking to replace your stock SMS app, light, little bloat, pop-up message box and quick.

The Room Two is now available. I loved the first one and so far I'm enjoying the follow-up.

Office Suite 7 is, like, 60 or 70p (?) at the moment.

(I have no immediate use for it personally, but I expect a scenario in the future where having a decent Office application on one of my Android devices could be quite handy. Google Docs covers most things, but requires you to be online)

I picked up Assassin's Creed: Pirates a day or two back. Is it still on sale? I started navigating EG's tortuous search at the time, but couldn't be

Any decent golf game recommendations? Stuck golf star on and it's OK but cba with micro payments etc. Needs tiger Woods!

Flick golf was quite good in a Everybody Golf kinda way. Was a bit arcadey but decent enough, there are in-app purchases but don't remember them being too intrusive. Might be wrong though just remember it being quite enjoyable

Fair enough from what I remember it was basically just trying to chip the ball in or get it as close as possible to the pin to earn points like archery.

There was another golf game I liked but think that war on the apple store rather than android. It you find a good one would be interested myself!

Yeah and it's rock hard! Looks like Golf Star is the only one in terms of a straight up game

Quoted for truth. It's a horrible rip off.

It's an insult to humanity. Albeit a well deserved one when you look at how we handle inequalities, pollution and famine.

Cal by the people that did the Any.do ToDo list. Really nice interface that hooks up to google calendar and makes everything better.
