Addicted to nimble quest and big win soccer. Been on my tab since getting home from work playing these.

I've heard that JB on the Note 1 can be a bit slow, but can possibly be fixed by: turning the Note off and on (duh) ; factory reset (uhh...) ; switching off Google Now.
Finally got JB and my Note slowed to a crawl doing anything. Went back to using Nova Launcher and everything's fine though

Indiegala Mobile 3 doesn't look awful. And I know some of you are into train simulators! :p

Edit: US$3.71 at time of posting.

    Anyone use Tasker?
I've downloaded it and I think it could be pretty powerful, I just need to take some time to learn how to set up profiles and tasks - essentially, how to program it!

I thought that I'd like to have it pop-up my music apps when I plug headphones in. I'm sure that will be fairly simple.
Then one to turn on wifi when I am at home or the office, and to turn it off as i leave both locations.

O2 priority moments keeps uninstalling itself from my phone. I'm sure it's not the only app - there was definitely another one recently that wasn't there when I went to use it...

Just finished The Room. Bloody good game that. Puzzles remind me a bit of resident evil games when they weren't dire, and it has a good atmosphere too. A bit short but loads of potential for a sequel. Probably the best touch screen game I've played yet.

The new ES file explorer is interesting. It has a download function now and they've changed the UI. Will take some getting used to but so far so good.

Downloaded this as it looked so awesome, but not got round to giving it a proper go, initial tutorial gave hints of good controls. Look forward to playing it more.

I agree - fantastic game - one of the only games that has really managed to hold my attention on my tablet. They're apparently working on a sequel, too.

Played The Room on iOS, it was super. Reminded me of that puzzle box from Hellraiser!

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

    Nice!

    Snagged that.

Cheap, but if they're giving it away, be rude not to.

Cheers for the Carmaggedon heads up!

In case anyone missed it from the Boardgames thread, a classic boardgame Talisman Prologue has been released for Android. It is a great little game. Well worth the 2.99 they are asking.

I concur! Although I did work on it.

Already bought and played on the PC, were you involved in that version at all?

Yes, I'm the lead designer at Nomad Games. We're now working on the multiplayer game.

Even aside from the horrible touch screen controls, the cars handle like shopping trolleys. I'm beginning to wonder whether the game was all that good in the first place, or whether we just thought so on account of the violence and such.

I had good memories of it, though. I could have sworn it was better than this.

Having played the PC version often and recently, I can tell you the mobile versions are very faithful.

Controls aren't bad once you configure them to you liking either.

Yep, it plays just how I remember. Still love this game. Gonna try and configure a sixaxis touch profile up for it later.

I had a play on this while the Boy was at gymnastics class this morning. I like it.
Got through the initial set of puzzles. Then got a bit stuck.. But, I like it. I'm sure I will work out what to do - there are hints for each puzzle.

Yeah I got stuck a couple of times but most of the solutions are obvious if you persevere a little. I think there is a sequel out later in the year.
