I've had a bug which sofar I only noticed in the messageing window of Diplomacy online. When I use a hard return to go to a new line, it will type each letter I type in turn instead of stringing them together as a word.

Typing "hello" will result in first H, then E then L then O. So when you look up and expect to see "hello", you just see an o in the sport where the h would normally be.
Pressing space sorts it out and it forms a word again.
    Fucking annoying.

Yeah I paid for it. Its pretty much unusable now especially trying to type anything on here. It types about three words and the starts mashing all the words together and you can't correct it. Using an S3.
On certain sites it's been doing something similar. It'll be fine until I press DELETE to correct something and then every press of delete adds the last word I was typing. :/

I use Swype, which is pretty good.
Same, I love Swype. The only problem is when I need to use someone else's device without it, feels like going back to ye olden days.

My swift key is having problems too. Especially when quoting here. New posts not so much of an issue.

Quoting is tricky for me too. No so much because of SwiftKey but rather how long texts trail of the screen on my phone.

Really not having any problems with SwiftKey at all. How strange. Would hate to have to do without it now that I've got used to it.

If you can read this you really need to fiddle with your forum settings.

The only problem I have with Swiftkey is the annoyance of having my default keyboard change back to the Samsung keyboard every reboot. Apparently it was supposed to be fixed with Android 4.1.2, but it has not.

I tried SwiftKey for a good long time based on recommendations here but have just gone back to the stock Jellybean keyboard on my Nexus 4. It just works much better for swiping I find, and I only tend to swipe rather than type each letter, for which SwiftKey may well work better.

Going away for the weekend and only taking my tablet so I'm looking for a good game or 2 to take.

Something along the lines of monkey island perhaps? Or a good rts?

Don't really do much gaming on android so not sure what to expect.

Not at all relevant but I was liking Vector until I realised it was nigh on impossible to get enough coins to unlock moves which are vital as the game progresses.

Without having to purchase said coins, it should be added. Quite stupid really.

I can recommend big little war game ( turn based combat with sense of humour), Rebuild ( strategy post apocalypse zombie game), Machinarum ( point and click puzzle) all three are quite in depth and keep you going a fair while. Oh and there is Zanonia 4 with is a big snes style RPG and free!

For fun pick up and play arcade Jet Pack Joyride, Fruit Ninja, Cut the rope, Finger Hula

Multiplayer games Words with Friends, Draw something, Word feud.

At the moment I am really enjoying a game called 7 little words it's a bit like a crossword puzzle but you make up the words from a selection of bite sized junks of words so it's not bit easier than a regular crossword puzzle. It's free ith payable extra puzzles.

Plus a shout out for any of Game Dev story or any of thier other games. They are management sims and all brilliant.

Just a quickie in case anyone here plays Football Manager Handheld - some users had problems with installing the last update we released; a new update has been put live today to rectify those issues.

(you only need to install it if you've had problems with the prior update)

If anyone has further issues with the game - or just any general feedback as always feel free to contact me at marc.vaughan@sigames.com.

I can recommend 2 cool games.
RETRO RACING - a 2D racing game but not completely free but really good.
INTO THE DEAD - a first person runner game with zombies. This required a not so cheap phone, btw... My samsung some times crash when I play it too much.

10000000 - anyone else playing this? Its a brilliant mix of matching and RPG all in a retro style.

Mentioned it at the top of the previous page but seemed to get no interest. I finished it - great stuff.

I'm playing it. But it's a bit hard and fiddly as a 3-matcher. I always end up spazzing my finger around to get any match I can, because the time limits are pretty punishing.

    Still like it, though!

Oh I should have said, cheers for posting, I was waiting for it for ages and insta bought it when I saw your post. Its really great stuff, sucks you in for as long as it takes to finish but doesn't outstay its welcome either.

Was getting interested, until somebody mentioned time limits. Bleurgh.
On a different note, did anybody of you RPG enthusiast try Ark of the Ages? A 3D RPG by XSEED. Not tried it yet, I'm waiting for some opinions.
EDIT: Never mind that, just read some reviews, the game is full of in-app purchases even though it is not a free game. Not for me then.

The time limits don't really detract as each run through is very short anyway (at least so far) and each run amasses you stuff to upgrade your equipment so you make it easier the next time.

I hate time limits and I'm loving this.

I prefer the sedate pace and more cerebral approach of Around the World in 80 Days. 10000000 is a great concept, but games are ultimately based on random luck rather than planning and the time pressure is a major factor in that - I can't imagine ever becoming skilled at it.
