Judging by the few bookies ive heard on the radio, they cleaned up with him taking it over balotelli.

That was from the first game, but it's such a great photo. There was an eerily similar one from the Croatia game too.

Registered 7 years agoHas anyone seen the dynamo stunt yet? Basically, he's won 10k off a £1 bet by predicting every result from the quarters onwards, right down to which games would go to penalties.---------------------------------------------------------

Registered 11 years agoLate to comment, but well done Spain. It's a bit rubbish that one team is so much better than the others. Still find it a tad dull, but you can't but stand in awe of the Spanish.
I really hope they get a proper challenge from someone in the WC. -

Yeah, although I'd bet my house on it not being Brazil. If ever a host nation was doomed to failure due to expectation, Brazil are it. Anything less than a final outing will be deemed a colossal failure, I'd be surprised if they make the semis.

Registered 11 years agoIf Loew stops playing defensively every time he comes up against a tougher team, then Germany stand a chance. No idea what Argentina are like. Were poorly managed in the WC, but they had some decent players. Dutch need a massive overhaul in attitude. France need players. Italy don't have enough attack. And that's about it.

Registered 5 years agoWhilst this is clearly Spains best ever group of players, traditionally their squads disharmony has always been cited as a cause for underachievement in the past but this current squad seems to have a great attitude. After they won people like Mata, Llorente and Reina celebrated as much as anyone, they are top quality players who couldn't get on the pitch.
This is something England needs to learn from and teach to our young players as this unselfish attitude is not just good for moral it is also a major part of the way Spain play. Seems to me most our young players seem far more interested in fame and fortune -

Considering they count results over the past five years - what have England done, exactly? They didn't even qualify for Euro 2008, and were thrashed in the second round in 2010. I don't remember them doing anything special in the qualifiers, either.

I know the other big nations (Holland, Italy, France) haven't done as well too, but Portugal at least should definitely be higher. -

Fair enough, but surely they should give more weight to tournament results - that's what counts, after all.
But I guess this is FIFA we're talking about... -
