I don't get it, why don't they just let you download it and watch it?!

Not used them before, but surely waiting for the postman to deliver a film's a big waste of time.

Waiting for the postman to deliver something would be a big waste of time though. Which is why I tend to live my life normaly and just collect the post when it's turns up.

Sometimes I don't even do that but just get it when I feel like it.. I'm off the fucking rails me!

I've never tried it but you can stream films online from them.

I watched Dead Ringers the other day via their streaming service. The quality was a bit dodgy in places but it did the job. What I liked most was that you could start watching on one computer, pause, and then you could start watching from a different computer entirely and it would ask if you wanted to start watching from the point you stopped at. Like magic.

You can't stick an Internet connection into a DVD player.

Because VOD subscriptions mean a complete lack of new releases because the movie studios are annoying. Hence why we still have to post out DVDs.

Most ill-thought-out question of the week?

Pretty topical though... LoveFilm have to send out DVDs because they're partnered with Sony.

Lastly, I am gay, disabled, and a liberal.
