    I'm hoping that an announcement will be made tomorrow about the next iteration of the Street Fighter series, highly rumoured to be badged Super Street Fighter 4 (original name :) and includes characters Dee Jay and t-Hawk along with Guy and Adon from street fighter alpha... also some of the characters from third strike are rumoured to be included!

    I saw a screenshot at eventhubs.com which showed a partial screenshot of the new game clearly showing T-Hawk :) check it out

    So I'm looking forward to this... Hopefully it will make it before christmas.... although I doubt it.

    T.Hawk, seriously?

    Pretty much any SF4 character would have been more welcome than that Capcom USA designed travesty.

    I didn't mind him insofar has he had the world's wankest pose and animation in a neutral stance. Oh, and he looked like he'd had his face staved in with a shovel.

    You can be pretty certain that T-Hawk will be vastly different than he was in the 2D games.. Like all the characters in SF4 he will have much improved animation and look generally "cooler"

    + He has the single most powerful move in the game!

    Quit your complaining, you big jesse!
    Commands ticks can be jumped out of in this game, so they're only good on mix-up. They no longer take 1/3 of your life, like in ST either.

    They designed 3 of the 4 New Challengers unfortunately, which explains why Cammy was the only awesome one.

    Well, T.Hawk was taller than Sagat, while Fuerte is only a wee shrimp. He is folding from the blow somewhat too.

    This is the sound of me shaking my head. SFIV was released in July 2008. That's more than a year ago. How long are there between iterations of sports franchises and how many changes do they genuinely make year on year?

    They'll definitely release as a separate disc. And to be honest I'll end up buying all of them.

    Do you think they'll fix the netcode?

    Also maybe if they make it a full release, they will feel the need to add a lot of extras, hopefully online type extras.

    There's another 10 characters plus new game mechanics, tweaks and moves. I don't think they're unjustified releasing it at full price.
    If you remember we had only seen the first character shots by December or so 2007, which is at the same stage we're at now. That was quite some time ago.
