Registered 6 years agoHalo 3 stats on Dash (preferably accessible via Guide, a la Halo 3 File Share/Party Details/Service Record) PLX. If I could check my K/D on the fly I'd love it. One thing Halo 3 was missing. Bungie.net is great, but why couldn't it have been integrated into the game itself?
Also, Lutz - streaming is shit? Do you have a borked Xbox or something? Or has your poor Halo 3 online experience infected your streaming? Mine loads in about 4 seconds and plays all the way through without stopping 95% of the time! -

It relies on their servers, your broadband connectiong being good (Mine is about 1.7 to 1.9 download) and you actually have a connection to XBL to watch it. I also find there's a *lot* more artifacts in streaming video.
Streaming is OK, but a download option would be nice. -

THe other problem of streaming is when new stuff comes out. Everyone is hammering it, and servers can only dish out stuff so fast. If it's a stutterfest you've got no choice but to wait a while in the hope that it's cleared up. If not, wait again. Or try the next day.
With a download you can see how long you have to wait, then go. -

It would be even better if they integrated it with all Halo games as well, with you able to access all the in depth stats (number of kills with a sticky, for example) within the game. Better still if you could look at it all while you are in the lobby waiting for matchmaking to get it's arse into gear.
Was thinking just the other day actually how great the leaderboards are in Shadow Complex. Just think if the next Gears (using the most likely game to use those leaderboards for an example, with it being an Epic game and all) not just had leaderboards for rank and points, but also for chainsaw kills, campaign kills, hell, even the amount for time you spent crawling on your hands and knees after being 'downed'. Be fucking ace if Halo Waypoint was like this and kept track of pretty much everything you did within the game and allowed you to compare it with your Friends List and the world.gif)

You also get a 343 Guilty Spark Monitor lookalike
