AppGamer are doing their Top 50 Best iPhone Games list. They are updating it with 10 every week or so, so are only at 20 titles so far.
It's already a strong list and shows how the iPhone is already maturing into an excellent platform. I've played 9 on that list of which 5, imho, are solid gold classics (Ragdoll Blaster, Let's Golf, Peggle, Zen Bound and Spider).
