Anyway, a speech at CPAC doesn't really count as a comeback. It's a carnival of idiots, and less people pay attention to it every year. -

One article I read last week claimed Obama thought he was royalty because he declined a random unexpected meal as his taster wasn't about. This is, of course, ignoring the fact that virtually every President has had tasters and food preparation teams, including Dubya (who even brought one to Buck House, because food prepared for the Queen would surely be lethal) and Reagan.GHOSTBUSTERS

I wonder when the GOP will fix itself. It needs to, because Obama is very far from perfect. He needs a credible opposition, not the current troop of village idiots. -

The scary thing is, it seems to be working.
Been speaking to a lot of americans over the last week, and they have almost all been of the "you will take my assault rifle out of my cold dead hands" ilk.
Someone even said "yeah, your gun ban in the uk really worked didn't it? Now you have a problem with drive-by stabbings"
How a fucking drive by stabbing works I don't know, not to mention how people seem to think a close-quarters weapon is somehow more potentially harmful than a fucking assault rifle.
