L4D2 for less than a fiver? I'm very tempted by that.

I was wondering about getting the orange box again, just to play some more TF2, but at £9 for 5 games I have already played makes me think I will skip it. I don't think any of the Half-Life's are likely to be replayed by me anytime soon. I'm not that much of a masochist to try for the 'rocket man' achievement again!
Is anyone even still playing TF2 on 360?

Initial download was 7.7gb. Once in game you need to download an additional 3 content packs for around another 5gb.

Less than the Pc version though still a hefty size

Honestly thought the max Payne 3 price was an error. Very cheap for such a good and recent game. Criminally under rated.

Would someone please be kind enough to let me know how long the CivRev and Max Payne deal is on for?
Both games I would love to see in my collection.

Yesterdays deals have been extended for another 24 hours due to the issues they had.

:) Probably not. I gave it up years ago after there was still no patch for the many glitches in it. There was no issues getting a game then, but that was quite a few years ago now!

I do have it on PC, but after years of console play my keyboard & mouse skills let me down badly and I'm not that competitive. :(

I played half life 2 last night, had a peek at TF2 and to my surprise it still has a small amount of players.

Found 2 full servers and a half full one.

Not exactly crawling with players I'd imagine you would get a game

Finally managed to link up the GF's account to the italian store (which has the deals, but cunningly hidden) and got me Vegas, GRAW2 and TR:Legend (mostly for GF)...

Now the pain will be downloading them...Left it going all night and have gotten up to 38% on Vegas...Damn my internet speed!

Quite a good sale for me. Let's see:

El Shaddai (US account with NTSC-US console, NTSC-US console required), US$3.20
Max Payne 3 (Oz account with NTSC-J console, region free), AU$4.95 (£3.20)
Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3 (Mexican account with NTSC-J console, NTSC-US or NTSC-J console required), $49 MXN (£2.70) (apparently cheap in Italy if you have a PAL console)
MGS: Peacewalker (Mexican account with NTSC-J console, NTSC-US or NTSC-J console required), $99 MXN (£5.41) (apparently cheap in Italy if you have a PAL console)

MK vs DCU is £2.70 from Mehico, too, and I'd always vaguely liked the look of that. Hmmm. Will try to resist that and CivRev.

Well... it was eventually possible to dominate with ease on the most difficult setting and with any leader by focusing on the right stuff at the right time, and it didn't take too long for me to reach that point. But I still had fun. I was on my way to clearing every difficulty with every leader, if memory serves.

Simplistic compared to the PC versions, obviously, but fun enough for me to keep playing even once 'mastered'. :) I can't quite remember how long a game took, though, sorry! But I'd feel confident to say that I spent more than 30 hours playing it.

... may or may not be true.

Some games get better with time. Some games get priced by drunk people.

I've had that problem a couple of times this month (!). Try removing your Paypal as an option, then add it back in here: https://billing.microsoft.com/

Oh for crying out loud, I didn't know KoF13 was going to be in the sale, I've been after that game at a good price for ages. Just got a copy of Max Payne and looking to get Civ as well. These brilliantly cheap sales are beginning to get expensive.

So far i've managed to resist most of the offers, only picked up GRID for the massive bargain that is £2.69.

Despite this obviously being a massive cash grab by Microsoft before they announce the new console, you just cant turn down games of that quality for an amount that is less than a pint (and lasts a lot longer!).
