    Chili cooked for a long time in a low oven is great. No fucking tomatoes though.

    Tom Yum Ta Lay ( Seafood ), Pad See Ew ( fried pork, kale and noodles ) finished with mango, sticky rice and coconut milk.

    More looking forward to breakfast in front of the TV with the gf ... very spicy papaya salad, fried chicken and sticky rice.

    Thai is pretty much the only cuisine that compares to English fusion.

    Though having found a supermarket that sells everything I'd want for cooking both Thai and foreign I've had a lot of fun making some insane steak sauces.

    Waitrose Margarita and Tomato pizza. Quite tasty, nice sauce. Pepperoni one was so so. Had too many M&S ones, gone off them.

    but they forgot to put the chile sauce in. WTF!!!!!!

    Luckily my top other half has gone back up there whilst I keep the kebabs warm in the oven.

    Slow cooking my chili right now! Found a tin of butter beans in the cupboard so threw them in too for a laugh.

    They will be mushed to fook! Canned butter beans are normally cooked so you might be better off throwing it in at the end of cooking :)

    Had some bbq jerk chicken last night, prepared it Sunday but never got round to cooking it so it was marinating for 24hrs. Phew it was hot, scotch bonnets ftw.

    Colman's Season & Shake Rich Beef Casserole.

    An extraordinarily lazy way to cook a casserole. And it was pretty good.

    Basically it's "Take everything, chuck it in an oven bag, cook at 200 for an hour and a half" - Eat.

    So I have the flat to myself tonight and I'm determined not to get a takeaway so I've defrosted a pork fillet. Any recipe ideas? Never cooked one before - need to go the shop regardless so ingredients won't be a problem.
