That must mean the blu ray will be available soon!! I've got the first series and I've managed to avoid everything about the second series, so I hope it'll be out imminently.

Ooo! Excited! Just caught up a few weeks so I've watched up to Ep12... I assume it's 13 that's the end of the season? Fuckin' brilliant show. I love. Not as much as I love The Shield, but it is great stuff!

Season 2 really did piss on the first one from a great height. I loved the show before but it's been fantastic viewing from start to finish this year.

shame about Half Sack being stabbed, he's one of my favourite characters.

Just watched E8&9 of S2. Fucking hell, absolute brilliant telly. Proper face clutching moments going on. Can't wait for the rest.

That was fucking ace. I kind of kept expecting it to get worse, trying to anticipate the shit going down. Was starting to wonder where the next series was going. A truly brilliant series that deserves much more attention than it gets.

I heartily recommend this show to anyone who likes good telly.
"The Sopranos but with motorbikes" ought to suffice as a description.

You can get extra fun by going "good grief, I can't believe that's the guy out of off of queer as folk" every now and again when Jax is on screen.

Bravo are soon to start showing season 2. I was thinking of starting from FiveUSA's showing of s1 ep 12 this week, as the trailer(s) the channels have been running recently piqued my interest.
I just wanted to ask: Is it a bad idea to start on series 2, and catch up with the first later?

yeah at all costs, watching series 2 ruins the end of series 1 completely.

    ah! Thanks, for the forewarning.

I might be ok watching 12-13, then sticking the start of S2 in the box, if nec. though, by the sound of things. The show looks so great from the trailers that both channels have been running!
Looks like I just managed to avoid repeating my Dollhouse mistake, that's left me with a wait of two calendar seasons to see the continuation/conclusion! lol :D

Great stuff. Not been hooked since Sopranos. Though I wonder... how accurate is it all?

Well Kurt Sutter spent a year with an MC for research, so I guess it has some accuracy in the way things work. But it's a fictional drama series, and therefore is founded on made-up stories. Obviously.

Yeah, I guessed that, but was wondering about the structure and attitude. I bought this. Will find out soon enough.

Finished season two. Give me season three now! I need more of this. It's great.

Structure is what I meant by 'how things work'. You should also read Hells Angels by Hunter S Thompson for old-skool 70s two-wheeled hairy crime.

Any fans of this watch Justified? Seen it advertised on channel five. Loooks similar. Ish.

The small town thing is the big connection, they're not too similar otherwise. Justified is the lighter of the two, tho' quite a lot of people do get shot (often by Timmy Oliphant).

What is justified about? I digged SoA cos of the gangster theme mainly, but the bikes and music made it extra cool.
