That was horrible. Thinks its been a great season so far though.
monkehhh wrote:That was only during the eps which were actually set in Ireland, wasn't it? Don't believe it was even in season 4 at all, might be mistaken.
Brutal episode, glad they've truly fucked off all the Irish fiddly music crap.
Great episode though, interested what path Jax chooses from here.
And the Emmy for best cameo ever in a TV drama goes to:
As someone who watched The Shield and Justified, I couldn't stop laughing.

You could've spoilered that. Kinda ruined the "surprise" factor.
God forbid what they'll do to Chiklis if he gains a cameo. Bar's been raised pretty high now.
Spoiler tags? =/ Sorry, didn't even occur to me.
Is this gonna be another occasion like Breaking Bad where we have a separate 'US pace' thread that nobody really uses?

@Trane Hahahahaha, me too.. amazing. Cracking pair on him too.
It's been out for a day. That's, like, around 24 hours.
Wouldn't be that fussed about spoilers for this one though, as not a whole lot happens. Jemma floops around and continues that weird love/hate relationship with Tara. Clay looks sad. Jax pouts. Tig gets ass surgery. Just the same old stuff.
I'm not really complaining, mind. But this was one of the slow episodes.
anthonypappa wrote:Listen here chump, I'll take a lecture on spoilers from anyone on EG except you. You who gave away massive plot twists about the shield in a thread which was not even specifically about that show.
WTF you talking about? this episode is barely hours old.
most people on US pace probably haven't seen it yet.
I always avoid threads such as this until I know for certain that I'm up to speed. Always do with Boardwalk Empire - even though I created the topic, and always for Breaking Bad and Dexter.
Wind your neck in.
anthonypappa wrote:That's exactly what happens on all these thread, actually.
the shield has been done and dusted for years. this isn't even a day old.
don't think this thread was created so you could watch it, then run online and gossip on what happened openly and freely.
It's just that some are headed 'US Pace', and some are not.
As I say, use your modicum of intelligence to realise that it's quite likely the most recent episode is what is under discussion.
I mean I set it to download in the morning, and watched it on my return from work that evening, it's not as if I rushed frantically to watch it before anyone else.
Anyhow, rather than being a stubborn and irrational idiot, I have taken on board the fact it was a minor spoiler, and tagged it accordingly.

It was definitely a more light hearted episode, although I actually appreciated it, as the last 3 have been pretty fucking grim.
As a fan of The Shield, Justified, and just the guy in general, I don't think I can look at Goggins in the same way ever again!
Get Chiklis in for a cameo and they've pretty much had the full gang back!
Cameo central \o/ Jeff from Community!

Was that ending supposed to surprise us with Clay being behind the home invasions?
I'm normally slow picking up on these things but that shit's been obvious since the second episode.

Love this show - absolutely relentless! Like a big miserable biker soap opera.
First thought: poor, poor Juice. He always looks like he needs a hug.
Second thought: I think I might be a little bit gay for Chibbs.
Clay Morrow, more lives than a fecking cat.
Loved the finale, SoA seems to finish strong every season.
Marks blatantly knows that Jax was responsible for offing Pope, but I think he realises that his time has come as a result. I am interested to see whether next season he does decide to come after Jax, I just don't expect him to.
Kind of bored of Bobby now, he just seems past it, too sentimental for the wrong reasons, seems he handed his VP badge.
Looking forward to Season 6.
Yep, cracking finale. Spoilers:
-Why's a retired US Marshall involved, with such a chequered history and personal interest ? Likely antagonist for S6, look forward to it.
-I'm assuming Gemma did indeed clipe on Tara, in order to keep her family in Charming. Wonder if Jax'll work it out ? Fight !
-There was a moment there where I thought the sheriff would stand up/speak out, rather than act out the frame on Clay. Now he's crossed the line, how deep will he go ?
-Clay's gone, but how long will he last ? Look forward to the yard time with Otto......oh. Pretty one-sided conversation !
That moment during Otto's testimony ? Loved it. The filler musical montage chase sequences ? Not so much.

It was very very good but i'm getting a bit bored of the nepotism, that pimping of leelas new album at the start fucks with me. It annoys me enough having sentimental montage shit at the best of times.
