Aziz Ibrahim was playing with them then wasn't he.
He played with Ian Brown on his solo tours. Remember seeing him on the Music of the Spheres tour with this guitar. Had LED's on it and he'd spin it round on the strap. Apart from Ian Brown trying to start a fight with someone in the audience, this was the highlight of the night.

Won't happen, they will be announcing something else, like the biography someone mentioned in the comments on that story.

Every girl I ever kissed I was thinking of a pro footballer.

I'd be surprised too. Nice to wonder though eh. Probably for the best if they don't though

Me too! Who wouldn't want them to reunite?

Would be good if they did.

But there is too much bad blood and they are all stubborn old gits now who can't seem to forgive and forget.

Who knows? Could be awesome now they're older and wiser.

Or they could be fucking awful. We'll never know unless they try.

It'll probably be the book. A publisher bought the rights for it a few weeks ago.

They'd be mugs not to really, I know the big festivals pay big cash for this sort of thing and I can't imagine any of them are that well off.

Cool, a Stone Roses tribute band with the original members.

    This.

Still, Reni was the best drummer around. Be good to hear him again.

Ian brown must be a very wealthy man from his solo stuff alone, I think there may have been a bit more motivation for him and john squire to make up before now if that wasn't the case.

Saw them at the brixton all nighter, it was brilliant, not sure they should get back together though.  I would probably go though! Truely great band. I love second coming by the way.

Never going to happen. I know this for a fact.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

Mates wife knows Mani. He's been against it for years. Still not seen her for a while so perhaps he's changed his mind.

I thought Mani was one of the most supportive ones for getting back together? He's joined Ian Brown on stage loads of times to play Stone Roses stuff and has always said he didn't understand the bad blood between the other members himself.

I know, I know. Hardly the festival to ensure your core fans get an opportunity though.
