Gigs and tours are fucking awesome. Got 4 tickets from the off. Also got my front standing tickets for Katy Perry from them.

Few people at work were waiting on Ticketmaster. Suggested G&T and they got them straight away.

I had one ' spare' but I knew one of my mates out there would want to come.

There has been a mighty shitstorm over ebay and sites crashing. They will announce other Manchester dates Im sure.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

Got someone I know who's on Facebook pleading for tickets as he got stung by a dodgy website. He asked for tickets about a week ago and has now posted "Stone Roses tickets. Any news?".

What the fucking fuck does he fucking expect?

Top tip for those going, go in to the pit at the front of the stage as soon as you get in. You get a wrist band, there are only 10k of these. after these have gone you can't get into this area.

Decent night the BBC review is spot on.

Mani's Toby jug collection was genius.

All the pseudo Stone Roses fans walking about Manchester can fuck off. I'll be glad when this weekend is over.

    Hated, adored, never ignored.

    Saw them last night.

The gig was just legendary. They sounded amazing but couldn't really hear Ian Brown's voice as it was drowned by the crowd singing. The way they extended their songs and kept then going was fantastic. They were on for about 2 hours.

Fools Gold just kept on going and kept getting better and better. Loved Ian Brown's rapping on Love Spreads and an epic finish with I Am The Resurrection.

Great fireworks at the end with Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" played over the PA. A very nice touch.

Just stunning from star to finish. Even Beady Eye got a terrific response. When they played a few Oasis songs :D. There was even a decent crowd in.

"We're fucking back!" shouted Ian Brown at the end of the gig.
"About fucking time!" came the response from someone behind us.

Just so. Just get cracking on a new a album and make sure it's epic. Still buzzing now.

My mate went up from london for fridays gig and said that from birmingham onwards the carriage was just full of pissed up roses fans.

A lot of dads dragging their kids along too.

    ---------------------------------------------------------
    He totally called it

Got 3 spare tickets for tonight if there's any interest?
  • Deleted user 2 July 2012 15:48:20
Fuck me that was good, agree with everything beast master said. It was probably the worst laid out gig/festival I'll ever witness - 1 hour to get a beer!!

Aye. So many cunts mooching about the place. Getting anywhere was hell with every square foot rammed with dickheads.

    I'm a grumpy bastard.

They interviewed a whole load of 20 year olds on the telly box. Even doing the walk. Turn it in, as they might say down south.

He's never been the best singer, especially live. It's more about the music.
