To be honest even as a child i knew the shows i liked were bad The A-Team especially.
I loved Airwolf and it's terrible now but at least the originals are better than the remakes from a few years ago.
StreetHawk, Automan and a few others won't have aged well either but then i suppose they were meant to be throw-away. BJ and the Bear, comedy name aside i'm sure that would make my eye bleed now. CHIPS is dreadful on a recent watch as was TJ Hooker and The Fall Guy :)

SledgeHammer will always be awesome and i'll mess up anyone who says otherwise.

Yeah... most of the shows I watched as a kid were toss. It doesn't matter though, I just remember that they were cool to me back then and it's a nice reminder of a time in my life when I wasn't a cynical, bitter, twisted sonofabitch. :)

Also... probably the best thing I watched as a teen growing up... god blessed sky.

I'm not really much of a fan of Trek but I do love that intro.

    Street Hawk.

When I was younger it was the coolest, baddest, street machine around, that I dreamed of one day owning.

    Now it's just plain embarrassing.

I still think that Street Hawk thing is pretty badass :D

Oh and Manimal ran for less than Firefly!?!? God! Doesn't mean it's shit though - Firefly was awesome, of course.

    /realises it probably is shit

Don't really get these threads. Surely stuff being 'not as good as when you were a kid' is just a fact of growing up? I mean, a game of 'army' with your mates nowadays would be pretty shit right? Unless you were all on acid.

Loads of stuff is just as good as when I was younger though, sometimes it's even better!

See Ghostbusters. I can appreciate that a lot more now.

He-Man. When I was a kid it was the most awesome, incredible thing in the world.

Now, it just looks like a shoddily animated, cheesy, homoerotic cartoon. And I also noticed that He-Man appears to be voiced by an 85-year old man, which doesn't seem right.

A-Team *was* good in the eyes of an 8 year old but it is, sadly, a massive bag of shit.

My dad said he only used to watch it because I got the hump if he turned it off.

+1 on this one. I even used to really like the theme tune but after hearing it again (on Top Gear of all things) it just sounds so horribly 80s and twee.
