@Flying_Pig VT is an excellent game but I really wish you could effectively serve aces. It's a pretty big omission for a tennis game. It is a fantastic game though.

Oh, does content manager work for the PSP too? (I have that, but thanks a lot H_A! ;))

The only problem I have with the content manager is that you must have an internet connection to be able to use it, and at the moment I don't have one.

@Moot_Point No, the ones I linked to are specifically for the Vita. It won't work with the PSP.

So what do I use (other than a PS3, if you can?) to transfer my PSP saves to the Vita?

Early days yet, but I have the strong impression Dragon's Crown will fast become my favourite Vita game. Got in on Friday after a loooong wait for delivery from HK (I'm utterly spoilt by Amazon Prime), and I think it's awesome! Just gets better and better the further I progress and it's highly likely I'll do it all over again with different classes.

Definitely scratches my Diablo itch. My Vita portable battery thingy has been called into action for the first time actually while playing a game, rather than purely for recharging the Vita and my phone when I'm away from the mains.

Was the same with me Yegon, had a long wait before Dragon's Crown arrived. So far loving it. It came from Canada to Switzerland, and as usual arrived about a week after everyone else had it here. Great game though, total fun. Reminds me of the games I used to play in the arcades many moons ago.

My copy of Dragon's Crown has arrived. Took 17/18 days to get here, and weirdly says it came from Belgium rather than Canada. :o

Since I've just got in I haven't had a chance to play the game yet but the artbook is rather lovely.

Duke Nuke em has already been announced, so will be disappointing if that's the big release for Gamescom. Having said that, I will be picking up it up when it's out.

I agree with this guy. They surely haven't sold enough normal vitas to warrant the outlay on a redesign anyway?

Smells like bs. In the longer term, the only new Vita I can realistically see is a slightly gimped one that Sony can manufacturer and sell cheaper, ala PS3/PSP revamps.

Main character is based on Sakamoto Ryoma apparently, this I have to get, whatever platform it's on.

Apparently the cited source doesn't even exist.

If I import Dragons Crown, do I need a US PSN account to play it?

No, I'm playing it with my uk account. Be aware you won't be able to buy possible DLC from the UK store and use it with the import. I presume you could buy dlc if you played it with a US account? Can't be arsed with the profile switching, if I really realky want the dlc I'll sell it and buy the EU version in the future.

One question though - as described, I'm playing the import version with my UK account. Will I still be able to patch it like normal? Not that I've experienced any bugs (yet), just wondering.

Very glad I imported. Sure sign that I love it is that I find myself thinking about it when I'm not playing it :). I only get that feeling a few times a year.

@bunglebonce I can just say that there will be many things concerning PS VITA during this years GamesCom. I can't give any clear info, but when it comes to hints I can just say that we'll be showing something that is a natural outcome of the experience we gained from our previous games.

Yes, you'll be able to patch it normally. Personally I have a Ciel no Surge game (japanese version) and there's no problem with patching it on my European PSN account

@yegon Cheers yegon. Might just wait to see the answer to your question before going for it. I take it you can play online ok?

Online is fine for Dragon's Crown as there is no need for a PSN code; patches work as normal no matter the region of the card.

    Mistake?

Or possibly one of the best things to happen to Vita. Oviously only if it reviews well!
