    Oh, jonsaan - you'll appreciate this - I've just ordered DOA5+. Seems increasingly difficult to buy at a decent price; once I realised the 17.99 copy I'd been coveting at Grainger Games had sold out I jumped on the 18 one at GAME.

    Murbal, no. I've completed it on PC already, anyway.

    I am tempted though...

    TWA is great for sure. Stealth Inc looks good but I am far too broke at the moment to be able to afford even that.

    Last night I was happily playing Sonic Racing Transformed on my Vita when a message suddenly popped up stating that an error had occurred followed by the option to send an error report to Sony.
    After that I was kicked to the LiveArea for the game and had to reload it. I carried on playing and it didn't happen again but it was most odd.

    Has this happened to anyone else while playing a Vita game?

    Sorry, off topic (again), but RE: Tales of Eternia discussion from a few days back...

    @Roddy100

    Happens far too frequently. Montezuma was particularly bad for it.

    That's just Sony's way of telling you not to play Montezuma.

    Yeah, happened to me a couple of times when playing NFSMW. Bugs in games, innit. If anything, the Vita handles this quite gracefully.

    I played mine through to completion, so I'm guessing I have the glitchless one, but I'll be damned if I'm going to go through the million boxes in the attic to find it and check.

    /I still will

    You're quite right there. I was pleasantly surprised by the option to send an error report and the fact that it didn't just permanently freeze up. Still, it was my first time encountering that, so it took me by surprise.

    Oh yes, PSN name is Narcotize if anyone wants to pal up.

    I really hope the option to change name comes out some time in the future.

    @dominalien And did you??

    I had no idea there was a game-breaking glitch until I posted in here.

    I powered up my PSP last night and was a bit shocked at how pixelated the screen appeared compared to my Vita - I remember thinking how great the screen looked when I first got my PSP :D
    I also accidentally dropped the bloody thing from about four feet straight onto hardwood floor last night. It was undamaged. I don't know if the Vita would withstand that as well.

    The God Eater 2 demo is out in Japan, so I grabbed it and had a quick play before work. Would have been more but there was Dragon's Crown to be tried! (So far - looks essential)

    Man, I know it's Japanese and all but did they really have to completely undermine any kind of atmosphere they were going for with the peppy, near-naked catgirl comedy sidekick? The game itself seems fun, though the camera's a bit sluggish if you use the right stick, even on it's fastest setting. The fighting is really fast and I like the transforming weapons.

    One thing they need to fix, though, is the lack of subtitles on cutscenes. Just because it's a portable game doesn't mean I'm listening to it with headphones.

    Just started Gravity Rush. Like the look of it and all, but does it get any less jap? In terms of the sluggish gameplay and extensive menus

    I concur with the HUH?

    There are 2 menus:

    1 is a map
    1 is a screen where you power up

    Other than that, get falling! Once you get more gravity gauge, you start to be able to navigate much more fluidly.

    It certainly does - it's sluggish until you start upgrading your powers then it has an amazing 'feel'

    mumtoucher - agreed!
