Ooh that seems interesting - I'll write a completed list later when I am home. It's probably less than 5% of the Vita games I own!

Murbs why have you not added me to PSN? I want someone else's progress to appear on the Muramasa updates bit! :( aros2011

It's pretty good, I've enjoyed it and beaten all the most wanted cars like Murbal. This can be achieved fairly quickly, but forget about 100%-ing it. That would require insane amounts of time imho. Although there ARE people around here who managed even that.

Not insane amounts of time. It helps that it's neither hard nor boring.

Anyway, NFSMW is very good, not just pretty good, on the Vita.

You'll have to get used to the frame rate but yeah, it's good. The Veyron is a piece of junk though :p

It's only a piece of junk when I drive it (you, too, apparently); it's insanely good when mrpon does.

In fairness, it's absolutely fine up until the point where you have to negotiate any kind of obstacle with less than about five seconds of reaction time. In other words, all of the single player challenges.

No mate. The one thing that bugs me about the PSN store. More demo's please!! Or at least a trial.

If you're interested in arcadey racing games at all I would recommend it.

It's a real time-sink as others have said.

NFS was too fast for me. Very impressive technically but it was just too quick and that's coming from someone who loved Burnout back on ps2!

Yep :( I could do everything up to F1 cars on Burnout so I was sad to fail at NFS! I didn't spend a lot of time trying to get good at it though so if you are more into driving games I would recommend it.

My favourite racer by far on Vita is Sonic All Stars though, it's better than Mario Kart! It's a shame we never saw any additional DLC, the game deserved to sell millions considering the piss poor MK7 did.

You probably would have just needed to give it a little more time, is all.

If anything, I find I get better at games as time goes by, for some reason. That'll probably change at one point.

Has anyone ever had a 'game will expire in two minutes' message flash up?

Went away for the weekend and popped the vita on last night. Got the above message then ninja gaiden quit out on, costing me a bossfight and leading to much swearing.

Nah, I happen to agree with him. Cracking game. Mario Kart's a massively overrated franchise imho.

Sounds like your PS+ renewal probably hadn't quite ticked over properly and the licenses expired.

The game seems too messy and cluttered to me, and the frame-rate put me off. Content-wise MK7 may be a bit lacking, but the 60fps gameplay's still top-notch imo, I've put hours into it.

Speaking of cluttered racing games with a dodgy frame-rate - I seem to remember there being a bundle for the Wipeout HD + Fury expansion pack for 2048. Is it not possible to buy the two together now?

Ok better than MK7, not all Mario Karts. MK7 was dire. It felt like driving through treacle, flying and underwater felt exactly the same as on road too.

Sonic All Stars level of variety was excellent too - you were rarely doing the same event type twice in a row in career. The complaints that the same levels come around quick made it seem like reviewers had only played 30 minutes of the game, as even though you see the first zone again quickly, there is still the vast majority you have not seen.

Mario Kart seems to only bring in characters no one likes or asked for and polish the graphics slightly between releases, otherwise it's exactly the same game again and again. I've owned every edition and MK7 was the worst by far.

Nintendo Kart would be absolutely epic, so why they are not doing that over another MK for Wii U I don't know. I can imagine a lot of Nintendo fans picking up Wii U for Nintendo Kart, with tracks, karts and characters based on say, 30 Nintendo franchises old and new.

I seem to remember Wipeout 3 Special Edition having 60fps. I played a lot of it and it always felt butter smooth.

    I miss Wipeout 3 SE :(

Play Wipeout Pulse on the Vita - bit blocky but so slick.

I played Pure to death on the PSP, Pulse was too much of the same for me. The titles post-Pure don't really do it for me, Zone mode excepted.

WipEout 2048 is the best in the series since 2097 on the PS1. I loved it.

I'm going through 2048 just now. My gripes:-

    a) The event structure is all over the place. There's usually multiple choice in going through the campaign, but I'd like to focus on just zone or race events if I could.
    b) During the combat events, I keep accidentally touching the top of the right stick, flipping the ship around as I go to press square to fire. I've got a Hori grip ordered though, hopefully that will help my clumsiness.
    c) The music is guff.
    d) There's not enough focus on racing.

My favourite part of 2048 is the design of the menu, very classy. I'll never call it a bad game, but it's not on the pedestal with 2047 and 3SE.

I enjoyed what I played of 2048 but had to sacrifice it for memory card space. I wouldn't mind the retail version if I could get it for 7 or under to dip in and out of without committing memory card space to it.

Hopefully I'll get to come back to it some time when some other games have been completed and deleted.

Tried a bit of 2048 again this morning, still didn't get on with it. Probably didn't help that I couldn't get higher than 7th during the race I tried - which is rather odd, so early on in the career. Is there some sort of extra hard difficulty option I might have toggled by mistake? Although I did turn pilot assist off.

This is from someone who adored and put hours in to both Pure and Pulse.

I think you just need to get your reflexes in the right place. At least, that's what Wipeout is about for me: hours of hopeless bungling, followed by (fewer) hours of honed perfection.
