VC2 only works if you transfer it over from the PS3 (apparently). As I've complained about at least a dozen times on here. :(

I already own those on PSP - but they're not available to download on Vita

I'd be very grateful for confirmation of that from anyone who already owns the digital version. I only own the UMD version but would like to be able to buy it for and play it on my Vita.

Sorry. No idea how I missed your reply.

I am backing up my Vita now. I was just wondering if I can download Gravity Rush to my newly formatted Vita, and if the download works, can I restore the data without wiping Gravity Rush from the system?

@ZizouFC you should be able to save your gravity rush save data to the cloud before you format.

So as I've bought the DLC for Wipeout on Vita, does this mean I'll get to download Wipeout HD on PS3 for free?
Hm, wasn't this the other way around? If you have HD/Fury on the PS3 you'll get the HD/Fury expansions for the Vita.

Sorry, I mean: Backup Vita data to PC, format Vita, download Gravity Rush, restore Vita data from PC.

Will restoring the data wipe the Gravity Rush download?

Someone with the same issue, but no resolution.

Maybe it is just Gravity Rush, although I'm 99% sure I got the same error message (can't remember the error code and it isn't in my error history) with the JSR trial...

    I need some help please.

Larger downloads are failing right at the end on my Vita. Gravity Rush downloads completely, and then when it's finished it says 0 seconds remaining, it starts from the beginning... The Jet Set Radio trial did the same.

Smaller downloads like Mutant Blobs Attack download just fine.

    Any suggestions?
I'd do the following things before formatting the memory card:

1: Check system error log in the system settings app
    2: fully power off Vita
3: remove PS Vita game cartridge
    4: remove PS memory card
5: turn on system and let Vita reset icons.
    6: fully power off Vita
    7: reinsert memory card
8: turn on PS Vita and try again

Cheers. I'll do all that once I have formatted and restored my Vita.

If only PSN wasn't down for maintenance I could try it now!

I had the same problem you described a while back with a vita demo(UC and wipeout iirc), and that was the quick fix.

It seems that the way the Vita authorizes memory cards/cartridges has a bug in the software, that needs a power reset without anything plugged in.

It is much like the touchscreen bug in Everybody's golf that will stop you setting the tee position, and needs a hard reset. Although that is my partly my fault for being too quick to interrupt the hole flyby and take my tee shot.

Well great, thanks. Sounds likely as I have never removed the memory card since I got my Vita. I don't even know if it's been off.

Vita firmware 2.01 is out now. It fixes issues with the PSN+ Cloud Sync feature (as in, it didn't allow you to change the settings for which saves to upload automatically)

This morning it all seems so clear!

You also need about 16 GB free to install it. I've got a 40GB and have to remove everything in order to download it.

    Yoinked news snippets time!

-Senran Kagura will allow outfit changes. Not much of a surprise, but the current boxart is surprisingly tame (I rather like it, personally).

-Compile Heart has a dungeon crawler with roguelike elements in the works, named Holy Sorcery Story. Mota's doing the artwork and it's anticipated to be out in Japan next March.

-Japan is getting a Soul Sacrifice demo on the 20th of this month. Data can be imported into full game. No announcement of a demo for NA/EU yet.

-Japan is also getting a TV app (free for a week, then 800 yen) which has stats and trophies. I still find that weird.
