@OldCrow What sort of games are you hoping for?

Edit:...Every time I try to post my comment in reply to Chris it tells me I don't have permission. Not sure what that's about! :D

@santashi Funny you should ask that, I did an article on it for a publication I work for. I suggest Minecraft, Trials, Audiosurf and a Mirror's Edge title (Full Article)

However I think a large sandbox/RPG game like Fallout would be good for the platform.

Not related to Trails in the Sky is it...?

@Flying_Pig It's not from the Trails in the Sky trilogy but it is a sequel game.

@OldCrow Just like Blue Peter. :) I think something like Fallout would be great fun on the Vita.

Isn't the full name of Trails in the Sky "The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky"?

If it is then it is related \o/

There's Sora no Kiseki (Trails in the Sky) trilogy, followed by Zero no Kiseki (Trails in Zero) then Ao no Kiseki (Trails of Blue). :)

Other Legend of Heroes games are available but they're not part of the same series.

Edit: And just to be confusing, there's another Kiseki game that just came out that isn't part of the series and is an action RPG.

@santashi - ah, thanks. A shame, as I'd love to know how Estelle and Joshua's story continues. I loved TitS. Sadly the chances of parts 2 & 3 ever making it here are basically zero :(

Still, another Legends of Heroes game are excellent news! Is it definitely coming out here?

Were you trying to post the link as the very first thing in your post? It doesn't like that, sometimes.

As far as I know, they are working on translating Tits 2, it's just low priority and could take a long time. Might end up been released on PSN.

@ilmaestro Nah, I did put a link to some Trails of Zero images but it was halfway through a sentence. I couldn't even edit it in. Weird! I bet it's because under all those clothes, accessories and heavy armour they were (probably) naked. Or something. :D

@Flying_Pig Nope, sorry. :( No confirmation yet. Imagine it would be after the last two Sky ones if they do localise it.

In my bag today is a boxed ice white 3DS, Mario, Mario Kart 7, Skyward Sword and Dirt 3.
CEX website reckons around £160 trade in. Hoping that Gamestation offer me something close to that.

Aiming to pick up a Vita with Wipeout or Everybody's Golf, perhaps Rayman if they have a cheap copy.

One thing I'm intrigued about. For downloading games from PSN, I take it I can do that with no problems direct on the Vita, right? don't *need* a ps3 to get things like PowerStone, or other older games?

You don't need a PS3. EverythIng that's available on the Vita... Is available on the Vita.

Be sure to let us know your first and second impressions :-)

@binky Enjoy! And Everybody's Golf is so cheap on the PSN that you're not going to find it cheaper in Gamestation or other physical shop. I'd suggest going with Wipeout or Rayman if those are the other games that you're most interested in. :)

As dominalien says, most PSP games that are playable on the Vita are available in the Vita's own PSN.

This may have been a question asked before but, do you think the Vita will ever drop in price?

@binky Hmm, £11.99. Damn, had in my head that it was a lower price but I guess that must have been for the sales. Sorry! Still, much cheaper that the crazy price I saw it going for preowned last time I went past Gamestation.

@santashi 11.99 is a really good price! Thanks for the heads up. Would you mind checking the price of Wipeout for me (can't see online, I assume you're looking on your Vita?)

    Cheers dude.

@binky As Bealsy says, but if you buy Wipeout second hand you may need to buy the £7.99 network pass. There's not much difference in price between a new copy of Wipeout online and on the PSN. One of those games that hasn't really dropped all that much in price or had a sale since its release.

    I got mine for 'free' with a £5 3G topup. ;-)
