Registered 10 years agoGood to see chicken salt mentioned a few times in the thread. ( Albeit it last year)
It is the seasoning they use at KFC in New Zealand catapulting their fries into a league far above any other take out. If you want to see disappointment personified look for an antipodean fresh to the UK sitting in a KFC.

Condiment for me however is tomato sauce/ketchup.
King of condiments.

Registered 11 years agoI made an inadvertent sauce the other day. Dusted pork chops with salt, lots of paprika and a healthy splash of Worcester sauce to help the meat not dry out. This all combined with the pork juice during cooking to create a sauce that was incredibly good with the meat. I'll definitely be doing that again.-- boobs do nothing for me, I want moustaches and chest hair.

In other matters, tomato sauce (ketchup), Worcester sauce, or hoi sin sauce. And garlic-ey sauces are nice, too. -

Salt.
I used to put loads of salt on my food, but now I just put loads and loads of pepper on it. Although I still put tonnes of salt on chips.
Anyway, real men go for English mustard. -

Nah not a fan of pepper or mustard, don't do any of that ketchup or sauce nonsense either. Just salt for me! That heart attack isn't going to happen on its ownLionheartDJH wrote:

Anyone had that Reggae Reggae "Love Apple" tomato sauce? I don't think I could eat plain tomato sauce ever again.

Registered 10 years agoAll have their place imo. Can't beat sweet chilli as a dip. Ketchup and mayonnaise are ace. Pepper over salt (only salt chips, but that's mainly because of high blood pressure) every day. Dijonnaise is lovely. Pizza Express dressing for salad rocks. And so on -
