Great racing between Ricciardo and Alonso. I keep hearing about how great certain drivers are with conserving fuel, but it don't see how it's a good thing? Surely it's better to use the correct amount of fuel for the entire race and not to have any left by the end? A kilo adds approximately a tenth of a second I believe so why would you want to be carrying extra fuel by the end of the race? I'd be burning everything I have available to me.

A good race?! Oh bollocks. I thought I'd give most of it a miss, expecting it to be boring. Caught the last 10 laps on highlights just now.

There's nothing about "fuel used" or "average fuel used per lap" that suggests they have to have the same amount of fuel to start with. In fact, they definitely don't.

Going to be in Central London on Sunday. Where's the best place to watch the race? Sports bar? Pub? If there's a decent place will defo jump on a tube and go elsewhere.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

A quick Google shows a place called the Jetlag bar showing F1. Never been but then I'm never seen a pub showing the race either so might be your only shot.

Also suggests Jetlag. I've had relatively good results using that site, but I'd phone first though.

I dread new grand prix being added.
Bernie has been gunning for Belgium for years, he'll boot it out one day. :-(

Jet lag bar is good. It looks quite shoddy on the outside but inside is good. Went there for a world cup game and they had plenty of beers.

I wouldn't recommend eating there though. Everything was very salty.

So, some mileage in these Vettel-Mercedes rumours, or are Mercedes just trying to light a fire up Hamilton's ass?

Azerbribefuckingjan. It's impossible estimate how low Bernie can go. He always finds new depths.

Wasn't Rosberg there at the time, and has since said it's a load of bollocks and that the interviewer said that, not Hamilton?

Anyone watch the F1 Show? Bruno Senna:

"Johnny wants to hug everybody.....even when they're sleeping"

Nobody seemed to notice the cheeky second part of that sentence - but I nearly choked on my coffee!

@Bremenacht He's jus trying to capture the international money flows towards Asia and capitalize on their population growth. Saying that none of the post-2000 circuits do much for me except Malaysia

Despite that injury, I still fully expect Toto to knock Lazenby out should he ask him for another Schwarzenegger impression.

    For fuck's sake.

Yeah...I wouldn't be so quick to sign an extension with Mercedes.

The car's been shit for ages, now, but something like that wouldn't have happened under Domenicali.

Apparently a career in regional dealership management doesn't translate to F1 team leadership. Who knew?

He's made a couple of mistakes this year, but I think we've gone well past the point where he should feel the need to say "we need to do better".
