The clip with the hats rotating is wicked. I'm assuming there are some sort of strings/wire doing the pulling, but they must've been removed with CGI or summat because I sure as hell can't see them. And how did he make his head spin like that?! I've posted this to a mate of mine who is an expert in Paint and PowerPoint - see if he has any idea of what's going on. -

Registered 10 years agoOK, my mate just called me back, and his best guess was that the spinny-hat was accomplished with a small motor hidden underneath the cap, while the stuff with the hood could only have been done using high-power magnets and steel powder sewn into the fabric.
The bit with the head he had no idea. -

There is no such thing as stop motion - Mythbusters debunked that one ages ago. Even the term "stop - motion" is a pretty good indicator that it's bollocks. -
