Aww really, wounded. My little girl won't sleep and is still downstairs. I think it would traumatise her.

Let her choose: watch the entire film or go to bed. 5 minutes should send her sprinting to her room.
Plus it's great leverage for when she's acting up afterwards. One "be quiet or the nasty monsters will come at night... mostly" should shut her up.

The lifelong mental scarring is overly emphasised anyhow.

Remember watching it as a kid and dreaming about them that night chasing me. Weird thing is I have always enjoyed those kind of dreams. I wake up and sigh that the excitement is gone.

My nightmare nightmares were always similar to acid trips.

Goldeneye is on STV. Graphics still look good, don't have my other 3 controllers to play some multiplayer, though.

I'd go with, "you know your mother told you that monsters aren't real? Well they are!"

It has some of Seagulls best lines.

"I'm gonna take you to the bank, Senator Trent. To the blood bank!"

Just watched the original official trailer, that looks like a hoot, more entertaining than Jurassic World.

They sure gave a lot of spoilers away. Poor elephant :'-(

Arse, wish I had noticed this 30 mins ago! For a while I was assumed I had dreamt this film, it was such a great concept.

Just watched it, really enjoyed it. I must have seen it before, when I was a kid or something because I could remember certain bits, like the circus towards the end. Harryhousen did the dinos too so production is great (even today). Must have been mind blowing to audiences in the 60s!

Don't know if I could face watching salt tonight. I'd just sob my way through it, heartbroken about her and Brad breaking up.

As I get older and the world gets nastier, V for Vendetta gets sweeter. Almost over on Dave now.
