Hmmm... might give it a miss then.
    Cheers.

I bought this on a whim and I've been enjoying it very much indeed. Almost done now, I can see me hitting 1000G on this :) Shame I couldn't afford the DLC when it was on sale, but it's still a big game without it.

I certainly didn't edit this hours after posting because I was being super idiotic. No siree.

    QFT.

All the eurogamers who actually play with each other on xbl rather than just post pseudointellectual pc handwringing bollocks on the forums, love the shit out of biggy.

The basic game is about 17 or I can get the full DLC version for 30. Is it worth the extra?

    EDIT

What's the long term replayability like? Is it the kind of game you'd take off the shelf now and then to fuck about in?

I don't think any of the DLC was actually any good.

I did 1000G this, most fun I've had in ages :) Obviously I can't speak for everyone 1Dgaf, but I still play it despite not having anything to accomplish. Just firing about in a jet still amuses me greatly, as do the selection of weapons to respond rather disproportionally to things. Guy texting? Airstrike!

As most have said it is an excellent fun game. For replay I would go for SR2 as it still has an online community playing it (360/ps3) and the mode where you play five diff events (racing, robbery, capture the flag etc) is brilliant fun, albeit buggy brilliant fun.

Might buy it on GoD. About twice the price of buying physically but I have the MSP already, and it does sound like the sort of game you'd goof about in indefinitely.

Hmm. I could rent it for as part of my subscription, but then couldn't play online coop.

Oh yes, the SR3rd online pass (ie. New Copy Incentive) is needed for co-op, whether online or lan. Costs 400 MS on its own.

Be careful if you get the full package. Using the online pass buggers the DLC. The only fix is to transfer data to a memory stick and keep it plugged into the 360.

Got The Full Package unopened on PS3, this issue exclusive to Xbox or I gotta fuck around with a flash drive too?

Posted from my Nexus 4, not using Tapatalk 4.

    Not sure, sorry.

    EDIT:

I transffered the file to a USB and joined a co-op game. In the game I got screens saying I had access to DLC, so I assume the fix worked.

I just played the first hour of this till the first proper mission on the street starts and I'm well impressed, it's genuinely funny and ridiculously OTT and tongue in cheek that I can't not like it. I hope it continues like that.

This game surprised me too, as it really didn't appeal at all from reviews and previews, but gave it a shot on a Steam "free weekend" and put 5 hours in. Took me by surprise. I ended up buying it eventually (HTHQB), but haven't actually played it again since ;)
