I was tempted by GTA4 also, didn't know you could mod the Steam one. Might have to look into it.

The Telltale pack is bloody tempting too!

Went for Defence Grid as well in the end. I was tempted by Rome total war but apparently won't work with Windows 7 64bit.

You can buy it on disc for 15 quid and the game doesn't need the disc in (if you run the right exe) so there's no gain.

I'm a fan tbh, pumped hours into it. Don't mind paying the extra few quid for convenience.

Yeah I'm waiting for the Mrs to get in to nab her bank card for the Abe pack, maybe Bioshock to. I've been tempted to give that a whirl on my new PC.

Man this bloody thing is gonna be staring at me until the new year. "buy me bad09. Buy me. Look I'm so cheap you HAVE to buy"

/ kicks Steam, then finds out if it's legal to marry Steam.

I'm married to Steam already, and bigamy is still illegal.

    I might buy Braid again.

I'm finding a lot of their games ridiculously expensive considering their age, lack of physical copy and the ability of Steam to fuck you over on a whim - but the sales deals are too tempting.

Just spent 11 on the Jedi Knight Collection, LucasArts Adventure Pack and Judge Dredd. I also double-dipped on Ben-There, Dan-That & Time, Gentlemen Please. I've already bought them from the ZombieCow site but for a couple of quid they're well worth getting again.

Now for the joy of trying to get the Jedi games to run on modern hardware :)

    You drop nukes on America.

When you're the US military, I don't think any other game has ever allowed that. The game is pretty entertaining if a little too rock/paper/scissors.

This is the thing with Steam, I buy tonnes of games - with a view that I won't even get to play them properly for years....

Dunno why, I just love a good sale, I suppose!!!
