I don't have enough hard drive space to keep things downloaded!

Only got 128gb SSD, and 1tb HDD storage.

Steam makes us wait for games to download and they expect us to smile?

Delete some of those special gentlemans interest videos you have and that's space for dozens of games.

That was my old setup, 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD.

128GB just wasn't enough and I got fed up of moving games around all the time.

I upgraded to 256GB in the end. Much better.

    Exactly! :D
    I've already started that shenanigans.

Oo, look Batman AC is only a fiver. Bought. Played for twenty minutes and realised that I've already played through it. Twice.

Going to have to exercise more self control. Only games I haven't played elsewhere from now on.

HA. Do you do what I do? Buy something you've already gone through before, boot it up on PC to see what it looks like with FULL SHINIES before moving on.

I got en email from Steam yesterday to let me know that FEAR3 was on sale for 5€. I managed to resist since I have so many games half compelted or unplayed that I know it'd sit there unplayed (uninstalled even no doubt).

    WILLPOWER! YEAH!

Let's hope I can keep that up.

Maybe this year instead of listen all the stuff we bought in the sale we should list everything we resisted buying?
    :-)

Screw this positive reinforcement crap Salaman

    TAKE MY WALLET

In all seriousness, there are a number of new games I'm looking out for this year, which is a bit more exciting. My aim is not buy a game I've already played.

I'm setting myself to a £30 limit this sale and most of that mite be taken up by Kerbal Space Program if it drops in price again. I'm guessing bioshock infinite will be about 17.49 which is tempting far cry 3 for £10 and call of duty black ops 2 29.99 :p

Free The Suffering! I remember this one being quite tense and quite good - well worth playing.

GGG Borderlands 2 sale. I can't see the UK prices, but those are close to the cheapest dollar-prices B2 and its DLC have ever been, so if you're desperate to play Borderlands 2 in the next week or two, dive right in! I like Borderlands 2.

See, now I've got Borderlands 2 on Steam...but might not get around to playing it any time soon, let alone play any DLC extras...must resist the price of DLC...must...don't need DLC...

Oh FFS, the Steam sale hasn't even started yet and I'm struggling already.

Retro City Rampage is 75% off on Steam today (£2.99), but!

If you go to the RCR website, you can grab the DRM-free version with a Steam key for a shade cheaper (about £2.43). One day left to grab that!

Just got FONV and Oblivion. Two games I had my eye on already, but at a sweet price.

Just moved my film archive from my main PC Hard drive to an external drive, created 82GB of space.

/Bring it on Steam I am ready for you this year!

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (for Steam) for a frankly ridiculous £5.70 using code elder-geek.com

I would go so far as to say it's EG's favourite game. :p
