because obviously £2.00 is a great amount of money to me.
I enjoyed it. Definitely worth the 2 quid.

I'd be happy to take it off your hands if you have a spare Steam code, Prof. I've got a few Steam games - The Walking Dead series, Frozen Synapse etc, or I could offer moolah.
Hi caligari, how exactly would we do that? I can't see how the GMG game is transferable in any way... happy to be enlightened! They've already refused to issue a refund :(

@ProfessorLesser - Hmmm, have you checked your order E-mail/account to see if you have a Steam activation code for this order?

    Question for you folks.

It's a paradox special weekend and I have my eye on the Crusader KIngs II DLC pack. Only thing is I've just moved over to Glasgow and have no bank card yet (it's in the post apparently) is there anyway to bypass Steams restrictions and use my Irish credit card to pay for it?

All of GOG's "daily offers" are available today as it's the longest day of the year. Some great bargains - go empty your DRMless wallets!

    @Shikasama

That so bizzare , i assume the usual key mapping software works though.

Already started for me due to the sneaky Valve emails "A game on your wishlist is on sale"

Sengoku, Sure I will buy that, but I will never play it.

Here's my £4 Mr Valve, see you when the real sales start and I will buy everything else I will never play.

Napoleon: Total War Collection (Base game plus all DLC) for £4.99 on GamersGate and it's Steamworks.

Also: Call of Juarez: The Cartel (Steam) for £1.99 on GMG. NOt a great game, but for £1.99, worth a punt.

It's a great game, go for it. A few bold folks have managed to recreate Baldur's Gate in its engine, if that strikes your fancy.

Cheers. I've been waiting for The Cartel to appear cheap somewhere.

And using the code GMG20-6WUSQ-LBC4U brings it down to £1.60. 6% Quidco too at GMG.

They do have controller support by default, although you may need to fiddle a bit to get them working with a 360 controller. Standard cotrollers should be less of an issue.

Yeah was just looking into it again and you're right, although it seems to be a bit shonky and apparantly you still need to use the keyboard for some thigs 0.0

The varying reports are enough to make me not pick it up! \some of the best voice acting in a series in there as well

I've got a few trading card beta access things to give away if anyone wants 'em. Don't know what the hell this stuff does, I've started getting cards show up in my inventory but I don't know how or what I'm supposed to do with them. Hohum.

Also, I notice there's now a 'Sell' option on some inventory items. Future game trading interface?

    Dishonored + another Bethesda game = £10 @ http://getloadedgo.com/

Choose two from Dishonored, Oblivion GOTY, Doom 3 BFG, New Vegas Ultimate, Morrowind GOTY, Fallout 3 GOTY, Hunted, Brink, Rage - all register on Steam.

(note - Get Games' site says they're a part of Eurogamer, which is incorrect)

In case anyone is interested in here...

    Humble Indie Bundle 8

As luck would bloody have it, especially considering the thought that went into buying it on both parts as neither are "gamers" I've ended up with two Humble Indie Bundle 8s, so would like to sell one for roughly what the person would have paid.

It's the full bundle, so includes everything as they paid over the odds:

    Humble Indie Bundle 8
    Dear Esther
    Thomas Was Alone
    Capsized
    Awesomenauts
    Little Inferno
    Hotline Miami
    Proteus
Tiny & Big in Grandpa's Leftovers
    Intrusion 2
    English Country Tune
    Oil Rush

And all the bonus sound tracks.

£5 PayPal gift (to avoid charges) and it's yours. Or some Steam swaps in return, whatever's easiest to sort.
