Registered 6 years agoI'm soooo happy about the Railworks upgrade, gonna play some trains on the big telly later thanks to the new pad support. Me and my daughter quite like it after nabbing it in the Christmas sale, surprisingly fun to play.gif)
Might try SR3, nice idea these free weekends. -

Registered 3 years agoFor those who have never played it or miss it, Master of Orion 1 and 2 are going for approx £1.47 on GOG.
MOO1 is probably a bit past it, but MOO2 is still fantastically playable.
http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/master_of_orion_1_2
You also get, with the download, manuals, ref card, and MOO2 soundtrack. -

Registered 8 years agoJust bought Red Orchestra II in the weekend offer. I've never played either game but I love anything to do with the war, especially the Soviet side of things. Even if it's not too good, the price alone will probably make it worth it for a bit. -

Registered 1 year agoGot a code in PCG 244 for a free game from GMG - something called 'Age of Fear - the Undead King'. Apparently it comes with a 25% off voucher against future purchases - so may be the same as the code someone posted on here a few pages back.
Anyway, I'm not going to use it so if anyone wants it, send me a message and I'll send you the code. -

$2.39 Anachronox would seem to be the pick of the bunch, but they also have three Legacy of Kains for $2.39 apiece. -

Registered 2 years agoThe new Indie Royale is genuinely fantastic. Chime, Hector, Shuggy, Dangerous Girls and Network for a "name your price" deal. Chime's a brilliant ambient puzzler (like a chilled-out Lumines), Shuggy's a very good little puzzle platformer and Hector is a great British-humoured Telltale point and clicker

Registered 6 years agoI'm so offended that no-one mentioned Anachronox that I'm linking to EG's retrospective.
Unfortunately, I quickly read through it and then had to instantly buy it from GOG.

Registered 7 years agoFound in the FM13 article's comment thread:
Use code: GMGFM-C7BEY-U0PMY at Green man gaming to pre-order Football Manager 2013 for £20 (35% off).
Also gets you the 2 week early beta access mentioned in the article.
SI forum says the code is limited to the first 500 pre-orders but it worked for me 5 minutes ago. -

Registered 6 years agoGiven GMG's large amount of problems and negative feedback, you're better off getting it cheaper elsewhere.
(Boxed, but less than £20 delivered!)
(Also remember that GMG don't do pre-orders, they do pre-purchases, meaning you're paying immediately and hinting at possible financial problems) -

Registered 5 years agoPinched from Savygamer, not Steam, 3 of 5 are Origin, and you need to add a US address adding to your Amazon account. But you do get Mirror's Edge, Burnout: Paradise, Bulletstorm, The Saboteur and Mercenaries 2 for £6.18.

There's an Elder Scrolls Midweek Madness thing on Steam, with different discounts for each game. The Dawnguard DLC is on offer as well, with a 30% discount, should anyone still care.
