Skip season 1 and go in at the start of season 2.
Er, don't do this. The worst episode they've ever done is the very first, it's a carbon copy of one of the British episodes. So skip that and leave it until the end when it wont ruin your opinion of the series as a whole. But ep 2 onwards is awesome, and if you jump straight into season 2 you'll miss all the plot and character building that comes before it. -

Registered 8 years agoThis is now officially one of my favourite shows. I very much enjoyed what I'd seen before, years ago, but I've spent the last couple of weeks watching the first 3 seasons. It's pretty much all I've watched recently. It's thoroughly excellent. The fleshing out of characters and their story lines is commendable. I love it.Paintings & Photographs

Registered 8 years agoQuick heads-up for anyone who likes this, have a look for Parks & Recreation. Same people producer it, style, etc. And it has Karen Filipeli from S3 in it. I'd start a new thread but there's not much point. NBC has already commisioned a second season for it too. Not as god as the Office, but it's still worth a watch.

Registered 6 years agoWell considering it's the best American comedy at the moment and now much better than the British version ever was... yes. You need to watch past Season 1 before the show reveals it's true genius. -

Yeah, that happened in S3.
That was absolutely brilliant. And the work safety episode. I don't know how Darryl resisted hitting Michael during his warehouse presentation! -
