Really? The red light therapy not working for you? It has done absolute miracles here! I can breathe and sleep again only problem I'm getting now is weird yellow Shit in my eyes when I wake up.
I think it works to an extent. Like yesterday I was outside all day in the countryside, and was fine. I was dosed heavily with cetirizine but was not suffering at all. Whether that is the red light thing or not I'm not sure. I believe it helps with the symptoms up to a point but it's hard to know how bad I would be without it.

I've got some incredible pressure building up in my sinuses today. I don't really get hayfever per se though. I think it might have something to do with the amount of cauterisations I've had done on my nose, it's about 80% scar tissue up there now so I'm not bunged up or snotty, but I can feel my whole nasal region tingling. It's the strangest feeling.

Went back to Essex at the weekend for a 30th birthday and getting the train back to London on Saturday afternoon was a nightmare of constant sneezing and streaming eyes.

Fuck hayfever, fuck the countryside, and fuck farmers who grow oilseed rape, which I assume got it's name as it rapes any hayfever sufferer's sinuses.

See, that doesn't do anything for me. I spend the whole summer without a functioning nose. I literally can't use it for breathing whatsoever at the moment, so the spray doesn't really go up.

So I've stuck the red light up my nose for the first time.. weird. So I've got -

    Nasal rinse
    Red lights
    Spray
    Tablets

    - not much left, though I'm feeling pretty clear today!

Anyone else still getting the symptoms of hayfever? It seems to be dragging on forever this year.

Yeah I'm still getting the symptoms if I don't take a tablet, which is annoying as my nearest supermarket has stopped stocking their much cheaper and more effective own brand ones as of a couple of weeks ago.

What the hell is this shit!? on December 31st of all days, I was getting hayfever symptoms.
I thought "can't be. Must be a bit of a cold or something"
January first I was having sneezing fits, itchy gums, runny and itchy eyes. The works.

No allergy tablets to be found of course. Although I was pretty sure I had some at work.
Arrived at work this morning. There's a haggle of a few colleagues right near my desk as I come in and one of them spontaneously goes "Morning Oow you look awful! .. I mean ... erhm ... "

I've taken a tablet now and it seems to subside. Not too impressed with allergies at the turn of the year though. >:-(

I've taken to just popping a hayfever tablet every single morning, no matter the season. I have far too many allergies NOT to.

I had really bad itchy eyes most of November. I put it down to a sudden climate change having been abroad most of the year at 30•C+ and then returning to the UK.

The difference in pollution levels may also have been a factor.

Bah ... after the initial spike around New Year, things have settled down a bit. Until the last week.
This weekend I tried to have a lie-in and I had to get up around noon because I was spluttering, sneezing and wheezing so much.

I took half an allergy pill last night because it was geeting bad. Took one this morning and it feels like it has no effect. My eyes are itchty and keep watering, leaving my eyelids raw from rubbing them. Every colleague that comes by my desk wonders why I'm crying.

    JOY!

    >:-(

    ;_;

I've been sneezing clear gooey mucus all morning - thought it might be a headcold but with your threadbump I'm thinking it could be hay fever...

Headcold usually goes green goo, then clear goo, no?
Sounds like my weekend morning. Went through a shedload of tissues as I was oozing clear liquid, runny snot.

    Meh.

Ugh! Ran out of allergy tablets. Stopped at the doctors last night for new prescriptions but they changed their hours for walk in consultations.
So today, I started off sniffly and stuff and then got better during the morning.
Went out to lunch and got a massive flare up. I could hardly work from the runny eyes, nose, itchy eyes, etc.

I gave up after half an hour and nipped out to the pharmacy and begged them for some tablets with a promise that I'll be back with a prescription soon.

It's been an hour and it's starting to kick in. I can see my screen again.

    Aaaaaaaarrragh fucking tree sperm!

Yep, I could feel it starting last week so decided to start red light therapy early. I'm not letting the symptoms overwhelm me this year, no more blocked noses and puffing eyes this year. Fuck you plant sperm!

Had hayfever earlier this year but it seemed to have died down. Now I have a runny nose and a dry cough and I can't work out if the hayfever is back or I have a mild cold.

    Seriously.

I've not had it properly in years, but it's completely spazzed out today.
